Went for an oil change and they said do you want partial synthetic for $70 or full synthetic for $90 but never gave me an option to get regular oil for cheaper then tried to get me to do all these other things like an engine flush and replace the oil cap and air filters for a bunch of extra money. I declined all of these and the day after my oil change my car stalled on the highway so i brought it to another mechanic cause i moved to Virginia and they said the oil cap was never put back on after my last oil change and oil went everywhere and got in to some coil things which caused it to stall so i called jiffy lube to inform them they are making me spend $345 to fix their mistake and they said the will reimburse me but its been three weeks and i havent gotten anywhere. The guy Peter has been pretty nice about it but also tells me he doesnt believe they did anything wrong and say hes gonna talk to the other mechanic but still hasnt. They had to add more oil cause it got wasted so the $70 oil change was wasted along with the $345 extra to fix the situation and i thought i was gonna get reimbursed but it doesnt look like its gonna happen. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from all this stress that Ive been put through. Im only 17 who doesnt have a job from moving and Im being put through this.

Be careful and question the suggested repairs. During a recent oil service, the woman at the counter tells my niece that the tech noticed the anti freeze was low (another $80) and the air filter was dirty (another $50). Uncertain, the extra work was declined and they hand her the invoice. Having purchased the car in the last 6 months, she wanted a second opinion. Well turns out the anti-freeze is right at the fill line as it should be (and clean) and the air filter is also clean and almost new? Checking the Invoice handed to her for the service and surprise, that is exactly what the Jiffy Lube tech states???? You think that this kind of fast money grab had gone away by now, but I guess a young woman on her own in a garage is still a target, youve been warned. This is only one persons observations, but it’s the last time we use or suggest this shop, by-by. Surprised and disappointed Uncle.

Extremely disappointed... would NOT recommend to anyone. Went for a routine oil chafe and they did not put a piece to my car on the correct way causing it to fall on the highway. They sent a technician who said it mustve been something I hit. Later, I was driving on the highway again and the same piece fell off. When I brought it back to the shop I was met with terrible customer service and them blaming it on me again. I would know if I hit something on the highway and what are the chances of that happening immediately after getting an oil change where they remove that piece of the car?? I am severely disappointed with the poor quality and lack of ownership demonstrated by this company as whole.

This place is complete garbage i called asking how much it was for an oil change and they said it was 29.99 over the phone. When i brought my car they drained the oil and told me the oil was 59.99. I had to put the oil in that was not reccomended to lower the price. I would have just left and gone somewhere else if i had the chance because the oil was drained already. Complete joke do NOT go here garbage.

Was refused an oil change on Friday 28th because I had a Midas tag for my last oil change the attendant said my drain plug was stripped and who ever did the last change was at fault told me I had to leave that was a first for me.Went across the street to Midas explained my situation the show me my drain plug and it was fine.I suggest that attendant go back to school and get a real degree.

A lengthy 45-minute oil change (I was the first one in this morning) and a denied but valid $8.50 off coupon (the computer system would not accept it, I was given another for $8 off but then found one online for $9.75 off, why was I not offered that one?) makes me question the quality of this location, Ive normally had very good business there! :/

Ended up having to call corporate. They put "half synth" in for $70 and come to find out two days later a whole body of problems emerged. The guy told me "I can ONLY put synthetic in it." Even though its never ran it before. Called corporate, they offered a callback from owner or manager, havent received one.

I was just turned away from an oil change because I didnt need one yet. They could have just done it anyway and taken my money but they told me the oil looked fine and I had forgotten I had done the high mileage last time. Thank you Jiffy Lube!
