The Framingham location is a group of the most unprofessional, uneducated, people I have ever encountered. I went in to get an inspection sticker on my almost new, 2014, vehicle. Everything passed inspection except for the the license plates. The tech, Ryan Berkowicz, rejected my vehicle because my license plates did not appear to be "reflective enough." Furthermore, he told me that I could bring my plates to the MA RMV and that they would replace them at no charge. I took the rejection paperwork to the RMV, and had to pay $10 per plate to replace them. Sullivan Tire then emailed me a survey and I filled it out completely and truthfully. About 15 minutes after submitting the survey, I get a call from Casey McMullen, a manager for the company. He told me that the State does not provide any metric or standard for determining the level of reflective material on a license plate. My plates are undamaged, properly mounted, clean and clear which is all that is required by the State for inspection. Casey then offered to reimburse me the $20 for the cost of the license plate replacements and about 4 days later I received a personal check. He sent me a personal check to void alerting Corporate or to have any bad publicity/reviews on the company. The entire process was a scam, and the plates were erroneously rejected. I would never go to this location again, or any Sullivan Tire location for that matter, and I am in the process of working with my current employer to switch to a new company for our tire needs.

The guys here helped me out in a big way. I had a set of tires put on here a couple months ago, and I was very happy with the service and prices. So, when the clutch on my 99 Wrangler failed in a big way and my regular mechanic was tied up for weeks and couldnt help me out, I went here - every other shop around had scary bad reviews, even the AAA endorsed ones. The repairs needed were extensive due to serious rust on the frame, especially around the transmission mounts that had completely rusted out on the frame - honestly, I wasnt exactly expecting this, but I wasnt really surprised either. They called in a welder that charged at the bottom of the estimate range he gave. When the bill came back from Sullivan, it wasnt exactly at the bottom of the estimate range, but it was a few hundred less than I expected. Every step of the way, they kept me informed, broke the bad news gently as it came, and when the work was done, that new clutch was like butter. Like a whole new vehicle. These guys come highly recommended. In the future, any work I cant get done for free (or right up next to it) Im having these guys do.

I went in for a state inspection and an oil change, and they said my car would not pass inspection because my headlights were "foggy". Really? I just used the product to clean them and they looked great. He also came back and said I need over $1400 in other work. I declined it and brought it to a mechanic down the street and he said, no your car is in great shape and passed the inspection with no issues. I also had to wait over two hours at this location and it was very frustrationg. I will NEVER go back thre.

Just went to this place for the first time today to get a flat tire fixed, I had went to midas to get it repaired first and they said it couldnt be repaired and wanted to sell me a new tire for like $180. On top of that Midas still charged me $20 just to NOT repair anything. Sooo i came to Sullivan, they were all very nice guys working here and fixed my tire for a great price! Id recommend this business to anyone for all their car repair needs! AVOID MIDAS ON WORCESTER RD IN FRAMINGHAM!

Ive been going to Sullivan Tire at this location for 2 years. Theyre always friendly and professional and dont play games. When I walk in the door, they know my name and it definitely has a small town auto service feel. They also have discounts for military and are active supporters of veterans. Great place.

today i call in for mount a pair of tire. tire are off the rim already. the guy told me they charge $100 each tire. so $200 for one pair. 10 times more than other.
