I was a repeat customer for oil changes when this place was Muffler and Brake; I would typically be in and out in under 30min (or quicker) and never had an issue. Since it has become a Meineke, it seems like the people at the desk have no idea what they are doing. Here is how my last experience went: The guy at the desk told me that the computer RECOMMENDS I get a synthetic oil change. I told him I want whatever my car is supposed to have. If its supposed to be synthetic, then I want synthetic, if its supposed to be standard, then I want standard oil. He repeats that the computer says synthetic is recommended and that I should go with synthetic oil. I told him that there is a big difference between recommend and required...so he shows me his pc display which shows that the computer "recommends" synthetic but also provides the standard oil as an option. I ask him why are both options available if its supposed to be synthetic and he had no response other than the computer has it listed as recommended. He then began to tell me that he would advise against the standard oil change and that they would not be responsible for any damages after completing a standard oil change and he would update the vehicles carfax with this info. He told me that he needs me to sign a waiver that I acknowledge I am declining the synthetic oil change. I began to get annoyed and told him that I want the standard oil change since it is listed as an option. So he goes silent and starts typing for what it seems to be a few minutes and prints out the basic oil change slip. He told me that I need to initial the memo section of the slip and informally sign at the bottom of the page for the work to be completed. I read the memo section which he had typed "Synthetic oil change is required for customers vehicle as it is recommended by the manufacturer." That sentence alone already pissed me off because he use the words required and recommend in the same sentence, but I continued to read his memo. "Customer Rejects synthetic oil and Meineke is not responsible for any damages this may cause." There was more but I dont remember everything. I refused to sign his stupid memo and told him I will be taking my business somewhere else. I was unaware that the people at the front desk are legal representatives for Meineke... what kind of bullshit was that? You have got to be kidding me. It is unfortunate because I live so close but I will never be going there ever again. Also, prior to all of this. I won a free oil change gift certificate at an auction for charity which was on standard printer paper; but it was signed and had a certificate number. The guy at the desk asked me where I got to get certificate with a tone as if he thought it was fake. This questioning did not help with the situation...

This is by far the worst service i have ever recieved. I took my mothers car here to just get an oil change. What I got was over an hour and half wait for my car to be done extremely rude managers on and the annoyance of having to wait and the managers being completely rude and unprofessional to not Only the customers but their staff as well. I have been here before the gentleman that is older seems to very rude to everyone I believe his name is George I once saw him deny a customer To lay for a part they broke cuz he didnt want his ego to be deflated while screaming and swearing at them. Not to mention I had oil all over the steering wheel and finger prints all over my white car. They have no regard to customer service and you can tell alls they care about is the money they want to make. I will never come back here again and I will not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to wait an hour and half for an oil change and get talk to rudely by the staff . DO NOT COME HERE

where to start, lets se wen it was muffler and brake i went their hundreds of.times without issues, since meinke took over, ive had a socket left under my.hood, four quarts instead of 6 put in my.cherokee and no filter change, then for some.dumb reason i recommended my gf go their for an oil leak, it was the oil pan gaslet they told her 500 their gonna have to put a new oil oan ans tap and drill new holes, np she said, so she did the job well her oil light came on a few weeks after -- completely dry, didnt do the job right brought it back for an appt and just like the first "appt" they werent ready and didnt orser the parts till the car was their, and even after bringing it back it still leaks, brought it to another mechanic looks like they charged her for an oil pan 200$ for a pan that cost 95$ and didnt even get the pan, reuused old pan ,and tried to seal with rbt instead of buying a gasket which she paid for its still leaking and we just want a refuns!!!

No one looks forward to spending money on vehicle repairs, but when necessary we as consumers look forward to a friendly, knowledgeable and fast location. This location was able to complete my vehicle repairs the same day I brought it in. This is crucial to a mom who relies on her vehicle to transport her children around and cant afford to be without a vehicle for a long period of time. The staff is always friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. I most certainly appreciate the manager Brian for his knowledge and ensuring that I was saving and not making me feel like I was being ripped off. Word of mouth is key so I hope this 5 star review is noticed!

Worse experience ever sent my car in for an flex pipe they call me up telling me my front end was falling apart took me asking three times what in the front end before they would tell me told them just to fix the flex pipe then they quoted a price double then what I was told the cost was held them to the original price then they called me back tow hours later refusing to do the job due to the front end quoting that if they let the car leave with a safety problem they were liable charge me 628.00 and still let the car go out with safety problems Scam artists

Called to have muffler pipe checked, guy said bring it in we will look at it. I was there for over an hour so I asked if lexus was looked at, the kid said yes and it would be $180 to cut and put a patch pipe and it will take about an hour in a half or so. They never approached me to let me know anything until I asked and to boot they going to do it without my aprovable. I asked for my car keys and left. Never to return, they seem to have more bosses that do nothing but deligate then actual repair people.

Should have kept muffler and brake if you need an oil change better make an appointment a day in advance, doesnt matter what time of day you go in its over an hour wait for them to even start
