Terrible experience. Today I went to Peabody sears auto for oil change. And for the first time, I was told by the manager Pamela that only synthetic oil (about $60) must be allowed to use for my honda odyssey in her store. That was ridiculous because I had already done oil change with conventional oil ($20) more than three times there. She only kept saying that the record was not showing. This is my first time in my entire life that i write review for a service store, but i had to write because of the inconvenience and dishonesty service they provided. I will never use the store again.

Terrible. Brought car in at 1 for break service. Took them an hour and a half to give me an estimate. Was 4 times what I was initially told and more expensive than other places to have break pads and rotor replaced. Recommended I have drums replaced and wanted to charge me $900. Sitting here for a half an hour while they get my car ready. Im staring at my car through the glass with no one doing anything near it.
