I was a fan of this location of Sullivan Tire until yesterday. Previously, they were always professional and I trusted their service. I would have given them 5 stars before yesterday. I went in yesterday for a state inspection. The guy came out and said that I had to replace my wiper blades before they would give me a sticker. I replace my wipers anytime they start chattering or not cleaning, Trust me, they worked fine--almost like new. I had the vehicle in the Toyota dealership the previous day for 90K service, and I have no doubt that they would have tried to sell me wipers if I needed wipers. In hindsight, I should have asked them to show me what was wrong with my existing wipers. Or, I should have insisted that they fail the vehicle and then taken it to the RMV to get their opinion and filed a complaint. The easiest thing for me to do is to take the vehicle to another place where I had no issues getting an inspection. I felt that they were trying to con me into buying their expensive wipers and labor to install. Instead, they may have lost a customer.

If you want your car driven around the building in first gear at redline and to watch them whip your door open into one of their green planters (chipping the paint and leaving a nice door ding). Then this is the place for you. Best part is I was sitting 4 feet away in side the door and heard the door hit the planter with a thud he looked at it shrugged his shoulders and just went inside and pretended it did not even happen. Even better its was the store Manger that did it. Total lack of respect for other peoples property.

Ive always had my tires changed at Sullivan tire. The prices in the variety of tires are always THE BEST AND LOWEST. Its the customer service that sits on the part from all the other tire places in the whole state of Massachusetts. I will only go to Sullivan tire now for the rest of my life!

Personally are always nice and honest. I generally, get my vehicle services here for minor issues -- oil changes, tires, etc and never had a problem with the service and/or pricing. I would recommend this business to anyone
