HIGHLY SUGGEST! I have used this company 3 times already and can confirm with a confidence that here you will find fair prices, high- quality service and people who really care about you and your car! Even my last visit wasn’t perfectly smooth like the other ones and I needed to come over next day to finish things up I was provided with a car for a whole day and was discounted for the labor due to misunderstandings. Now my car is up and running like never before. I was impressed and highly satisfied with an outcome which made me write this review, even I do this once a year. I want to highlight Darren who showed his professionalism and respect in a sensitive situation. I think you can tell what company worth by how they act in complex, controversial situations and they passed A+++. Let me add that besides great prices and professional services you can get a free coffee and free Wi-Fi. Highly suggest!!

The only good thing I can say is they do their poor work very fast. They charge you $100 just to hook your car up to their computer to diagnose problems. I could understand if you walked after the diagnosis, but if you have them do the work, they should not charge for the computer diagnostic. Thats like charging you to use a wrench. They put an aftermarket O2 sensor in my car that failed within one week because you can only put factory sensors in this vehicle. I never went back because the whole place gave me a weird vibe.

Went to pick up the car and it was missing the center cap for the rim. Once I brought it up, they let me know they broke it and set about ordering a new one. I then go to another tire place and it turns out that Express decided to keep the rim key, but now cant find it. I cant put on my winter tires and I have to order another wheel key from the dealer which requires a trip to the dealer so they can order the correct key. Good thing I didnt get a flat, I wouldnt have able to change it.

Want great personalised service? Come to Express Tire! After contacting 2 other tire shops in town looking for an aggressive tread style for snow and being told you really want "all season" tire , I called Express Tire and talked with Lisa. Supplied me with exactly the tire tread pattern I wanted. Great service on installation with no upselling attemps by any of the staff...thank you Darren, Mark and Lisa for agreat job.

I recently visited Express Tire and the experience was excellent, I only went in for an oil change and rotation of tires, but they made me feel like a VIP, very attentive and no pushy sales people trying to sell me work my car didnt need. I highly suggest you go to Express for all your servicing, I know I will, my time and money are precious and I feel they care about my needs.

I have been using Express Tire since moving to Watertown seven years ago and have always had good experiences there. The crew is helpful and up front with pricing. They always call and offer options if there is any additional work needed once they begin to service the car. The loaner cars are conveninet if I need to leave the car for the day and get to work.

I went by to have some work done that i had been putting off because others prices were so high. The people were very nice asked me if i need a loaner car. Gave me a time to have things done an they were.

Express Tire in Watertown is incredibly well-organized, efficient, friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. It is a model of excellent business practices. Ive stopped in a few times for followup service after getting tires or brakes and I am welcomed back like an old friend. I recommend ET to everybody.

I had very prompt and efficient service, from the initial appointment with Lisa to the 1 hour waitt time to install 4 new tires, balance them and alignment.I will go back for custom wheels for my Challenger at some point. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Worst shop ever. They changed my tire valve stem core without my authorization and then give me a 29 dollar bill. Its just a five minute job for gods sake. I asked the guy if they checked my tire pressure and he said they did. But they didnt. Avoid this shop!

These guys are amazing... Wonderful customer service, quality work, so so sooo convenient; always willing to accommodate your schedule, pick or drop you off if need be... I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!
