I went to Sullivans looking for a wheel alignment, somewhere around $200, total. I left with a $2000 bill and the problem I originally wanted fixed NOT fixed. Oh, I had a new timing belt (it was time) and water pump, battery, air filter, all right. Okay. New belts ("You wont have to pay for labor to replace them."). Okay. Struts needed replacing. Okay. When I got the car back, it was still veering rightward and shaking a bit at high speeds, despite the alignment. AND the new belts were squealing like cats in a vise. AND the oil light was on! I brought it back and told them to fix it. They said it needed an oil change. Okay. They said that "belts are hard to adjust" and said theyd do it again. They decided that it wasnt the fault of the wheel alignment, but what was REALLY wrong with my car--which for some reason, they hadnt noticed while they were doing the alignment--was that I needed new tires, and they had a great deal for me--only $700 for the tires! I learned my lesson and said forget about it. Just give me the car. The belts are still squealing, and I dont know if the tires are bad or not, but one things for sure: Im not giving them $700. I ended up bringing the car to another mechanic to get the belts adjusted, since they dont seem to be able to perform what is supposed to be a fairly easy task. Im done with them.

Extremely long wait time periods compared to other tire shops. They also seem to be going through their 42 step inspection without actually inspecting the vehicle. I informed the manager that my vehicle was long overdue an oil change and had almost NO powersteering fluid left, yet they checked it off as being 100% ok. I could only imagine how many people they have been doing this to and what else could be wrong with the vehicle, since they are not properly checking the vehicle in the first place. I strongly recommend management to look into this as it poses a serious hazard to the driver when receiving their vehicle back.

Not happy at all with my experience here. Went to get a tire plugged... they said it couldnt be fixed and had to replace it... that was fine, but I was there for a good 4 hours to get a new tire. At one point I looked into the garage and noticed my car was up on the lift, hood open, trunk open, all 4 doors open... just to get a replacement tire?

They stand by their work, but from my experience, they use low quality parts and charge premium prices. The shuttle is a great service with friendly drivers, but youd be better off walking home while a mechanic with respect for you and your vehicle is working on your car and installing decent quality hardware.

They have a long waiting your car is in the shop they close with out to let you if they closing in your car stock at the shop they very unprofessional over there they dont have any costumer service bad bad bad ?
