Theyre working off commission so they will definitely rob you and take zero responsibility. I went to get front brake pads for maybe 50$ and said only the front, nothing else. They opened all the wheels and then said I had other issues in the rear tires and they couldnt let the car go until it was fixed and said maybe 200$. Fine. It was 500$ and it stated they serviced the calipers. When my calipers froze after wards they said it wasnt their fault and wanted another 300$ to fix it. There was no problems before them. Yeah, total frauds. Ill do your brakes for free just so people avoid this place. This other review is a lie

Dropped my car off for an oil change early in the morning. They said theyd get it done ASAP and call me when it was ready. When I called to check on it 5 hours later, they hadnt taken it into the garage. I have them another 2 hours before going to the store an hour before closing and my car still hadnt been touched. When I explained to the employee behind the counter that it had been there all day, he claimed that he, "just came in" and didnt "know anything about it." Only when I asked for my keys so I could take it somewhere else did he offer to change it right then. He redeemed himself a little by offering to do it for free.

Service is fast and friendly. All Im looking for when I get my oil changed is to get in and out as fast as possible with competitive price. Theyll offer additional services if they seem applicable, but are not pushy when I refuse. Highly recommend! Great guys, great service. They replaced front and back brakes, changed oil, also replaced ball joints to my old F150 in one day. Manager, John gave me good discount on service, which was very nice. He was professional and wasnt pushy like in other Auto Services.I defiantly come back. Thank you guys for fixing my car.

I went in when my car was shuddering on sharp turns - at first, I thought it was a tierod/ball joint problem. They called me back, said everything in that area was fine, but noticed the transmission fluid was low so they filled it up. If that didnt fix the problem, I had to take it to a tranmission shop. Lo and behold, problem solved, and they didnt even CHARGE for such a basic service. Im definitely going back.

By the far the worst experience I have ever had I dropped my jeep off for new brakes and spark plugs. The jeep took all day and the minute I drove away the engine light popped on. I went back a total of four times each time taking all day and they never fixed it. I ended up trading in my jeep because of how bad midas messed it up. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

The Midas in 198 Broad Street is absolutely a wonderful place! They genuinely care about their customers and prioritize your safety. An honest mechanic! A place like this is hard to find. Make sure to ask for John!

They really pressure you into spending a lot unnecessarily. Most of the work I had done there I needed fixing just after the warranty expired. I wish I could go back & save $2000!
