I want every one to know how appreciate I am with the service that Meineke and Alex santos/Thor gave me, I have a really old car and needs a lot of work the guy did not want to over charge me but instead point out all the work I need and gave me different options to work with, got my alighment done and basic oil change.... Got a really good work from staff and mechanics THEY Wont rip you off Alex santos at the front desk! five stars KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BUDDY!

Went here for a regular maintenance check. Got everything everything done; oil change, tire rotation, etc. Like a day or two later my car started performing differently. My car started shaking when idle or going in reverse and its never done that before. I go back to this place to get it checked and they tell me its my rotors needed changed and new other stuff. Repairs cost $600. No way! They did something to my car! Im never coming back here again!!

Took my 2013 Subaru Cross trek to have the brakes pad replaced and was given a crooked diagnosis that all my brakes needed to be replaced and on top of that claim that I needed to replaced a rotator. Then went to Reggie and his diagnosis is all I needed to replaced was my back brakes and in fact my front is good for another 10,000. This Malden establishment need to be shut down!!!#

Good for cheap repairs. They dont take appointments and their shop is not professionally maintained. Appearances aside the service was acceptable.
