Horrible experience. I dont even want to give one single star if possible. Ordered a set of Michelin PSS tires on March 2nd, I was told the tires would come in store in one week. But actually it took whole three weeks. March 21st, I cant bear the waiting so I just went the store to check whats going on in person. On their system it shows those tires are"partially arrived", but all four tires were there already. They told me "someone might" make mistakes when Input the information in the system. Okay. Then asked them when would be the best time to do installation, they told me "just come tomorrow morning around 10:00 it would take 45 mins". When I was there 9:45, I was told there were 3 cars before me waiting there so I need to wait at least 2 more hours plus the time to do the installation. Really?! I had to go work so rescheduled the appointment next day afternoon. Even with the appointment the installation still took around 2 hours (I was told it would be within 1 hour). After the tires on, I drove the car on I-93, immediately noticed they did a poor job on balancing. Car vibrated hard at around 60 to 70 MPH. NVM, I might just go to a real tire shop to the the balance job cuz I dont even want to go back there again. Yes, a set of their tires are about 100 bucks cheaper than the local professional tires stores (considering the rebalancing job I will definitely pay more), but the experience is 10 times worse. Their attitude is like you are not a costumer at all but someone who owes their money. They never value ur time, and they dont concern any of ur issues, even though the issues are caused by themselves. Stay away. Thats all I can say.

I am not sure why it takes so long to fix tires. When I visited other tire shop, it took only 1h even though so many customer was waiting. In this store, I came here today 3rd and waiting for fixing my flat tire. 2h passed but still waiting. Isnt crazy for fixing tire that was penetrated by nail? I used this shop 3times. They never been fast. Maybe Costco give up this business??
