My wife went into the sullivan tire in East Bridgewater for a simple alignment and walked out with a $1200 dollar bill for stuff that was not needed. How do I know that it wasnt needed you ask? Well Ive worked on cars for years. When I questioned the technician that was working on my car it was pretty obvious that he was new to the trade. Me: Why do I need two rear brake calipers? Sullivan: Because you are at almost 100k miles and the seals are bad was the answer I got. Me: Was there brake fluid on the rotors or did you take the pads off to visually inspect them? Sullivan: No but your car has almost 100k miles. Me: Your changing the transmission fluid, what about the filter? Sullivan: No. Me: Why not? Sullivan: I dont know. Me: Is it a sealed for life transmission? Sullivan: I dont know. This is why the auto repair industry is known for being dishonest. I will never bring a vehicle to Sullivan tire again and I suggest anyone who reads this does the same.

This place "was" good. I had told them the issues I had because not only did I have the scan tool, it was built into the car which I made clear but they charged me over 100$ just to run their scan and tell me exactly what I told them. They did nothing I asked for and some how came up with a bill over 600$. I had to return the following day to remind them why I came in in the first place. I think the problem with this place is they are expanding too much. Theyre becoming a scam midas like company plus they need to fill the new locations and maybe end up with less competent individuals. This was the place I went to but Ill never go to any location ever again. Good place gone very bad. Old reviews are good. New reviews are bad.
