Very unprofessional the lady who answers the phone doesnt even know or have information about my car. I left it up there at 10am the guy said hed call me later that day he never called I called that day at 3pm car still hasnt been looked at. And they close at 4:30pm so that mean I wont hear from them til the next day very unprofessional!!! Pissed to the maxx!!!!! Dont ever go here if you in detroit ever they dont take care of they costumers!!

I got into an accident with my car and looked around for a body shop. When I talked to A-1 Collision they told me they would come get my car, arrange a rental car to be dropped off at my house, and return my car when it was done. I did not have to take time off of work and my wife did not have to worry about packing up the kids. They did great work and they did it fast. If I ever have another problem I am going back!

I have been going to this shop now for minor repairs on several different vehicles for 13 years. I have gotten very reasonable quotes and great workmanship. Currently, I find myself in the predicament to need their services again (my fault) and this is the only place I have been using now for years. Ive had work done on at least 5 different cars and I sent my mom there too.

Dennis gives good prices, and does good work. Any issues I had he resolved quickly from my experiences, even walked me thru (via telephone) disassembling a set of front quarter panels of my truck i was working on at home.
