I would give this place a zero rating if I can. I had given my car for a minor repair which was estimated for a 5 day work. Today is 4th week and they do not have a date by which then will even know when my car will be ready. The guy who took the car will not answer or call me back from last 9 days. They say that the technician that was handling my car did not handle my car in the right way so they FIRED him and my car is with a new Technician who has 8 more cars and he does not know when he will get back to my car. On Aug 20th (9 Days back) they told that the front door was bad and it was supposed to be replaced but the expert technician put more time and saved the door and the car will be ready in 2 days. No update, no calls, no call back. Finally from Aug 24th (3rd week) a new person starting talking and assured that she will take care of the car but did not have any update on the car. After calling every day on Aug 27th she completes her investigation (Her words) on the car and tells me that it is the back door that had to be replaced. On Aug 30th I call and they do not have a date when the car will be fixed. By the way sill the original sales guy who took the car will not call me back for some reason and no one seems to know when he will be back in the office. The update I get today is that my car is one of the 8 cars that is with a technician and the do not know when he can get to the car and when it will be ready. I still do not know how well they will do the car but take my advice and avoid this place if you can. They tell you to avoided insurance claim because auto shop will use cheap stuff if we use insurance as they feel the insurance companies will not pay them good. Cannot believe that I got trapped in this place.

I first went to the dealership collision shop and would have had to pay a $500 deductible. Then I did some research and came across this place and found out they help pay for your deductible! Brad there is very nice and makes an honest effort in saving you the most money. My insurance policy wouldnt pay for my rental right away because my car was drivable but my AC wasnt working. I had to wait for my insurance to approve and start the repair before paying for a rental. He made a point to my insurance that my bumper was hanging and was a potential hazard on the road so he convinced them to pay for my rental while I waited for the approval. They have a lifetime warranty on their repair and paid my $500 deductible!! So glad I didnt go to the dealership. This was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! I definitely recommend this place over the dealership collision shop. You wont regret it!!

Worst customer service. Secretary Caroline, tells me she will get, "Ghetto on my ass," because I told her they have no choice but to fix their mistakes that the insurance paid them for. I was in a car accident and they got over 10k from the insurance, so after i picked it up, things started to happen and they didnt want to deal with it. My hood was placed on wrong, causing it to hit the wipers and causing a dent and paint to be scrapped off. Two technicians at the dealers wrote out a full report of what they did wrong and the rude ass secretary tells me thats not their problem and they wont fix it. Then tells me she will get ghetto on me lol. They also gave me my car back dirty after the 1st repairs and the scratches not patched up until i said something about it. Worst service i have ever seen.

Ive had the worst experience with this place. It took over three weeks for minor damage to be repaired. Opted for the discount, not the loaner car. They then had to fix the painting because they didnt paint the parts they were supposed to and the parts they did paint didnt match. My hood wouldnt match agree they were done. I had to pay extra to fix this and it took another two weeks to fix with no loaner. After this, my horn was removed, broke, and not replaced. Had to go back again. Overall, I was without a car for over five weeks. They dont do what they promise, they never meet timelines, and theyre work is very questionable. Not recommended!

I brought my car in to get a new passenger side mirror and front fender after a small collision. They ordered the parts and painted the fender to the paint code on the car. I was unable to leave my car with them to be able to get a perfect paint match. When I went to pick up my car, the paint color was a match but, the metal flake pattern was not correct. I was able to leave my car with them for a couple of days in order for them to fix it and when I went to pick it up, the color and pattern match were perfect. All in all, I am very satisfied with the services provided by them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had my car reviewed, inspected by insurance, and, repaired - all in a weeks time. The friendly staff offered to work with their car rental alliance and my insurance to provide a loaner that will be covered by my insurance (i.e. no cost to me!). The repair work was done professionally, in a timely manner. The staff also offered to pick me up when the car was ready (as I couldnt find a ride to the shop)! Ive referred several of my friends to this place and they all have had a very good experience.

I had a really bad experience at the artmoran dealership the last time I needed collision work(AVOID DEALERSHIPS!!). This time I decided to go with the Collision Shop on 14 mile. I called the shop and Brad handled my case, I have to say they did a really good job. I never write reviews but I had to put this out here.. I ended up having them do some touch up work on my second car and I was very impressed with the work.. I highly recommend this shop they did a really good job..

This is my second time that Ive used Brads place for repairs, and Ive been so satisfied with both times. I have a blue fusion that was rear-ended and then a few years later Id went over a rock and cracked the bottom panel. The paint matched perfectly and the car looked like new both times. The first time, Brad helped me deal with my insurance company and saved me boo-coo bucks. He up on all the state R&Rs with deductibles, etc. Really sharp guy.

The guys at The Collision Shop did a great job on our car. Even though the insurance company was giving us a difficult time, The Collision Shop continued to keep us informed, and did everything they could to get us back in our vehicle as soon as possible. The gentleman we were working with actually ended up staying late on Saturday to make sure we could get our car then. Would recommend!
