Worst Fed-ex location in the entire metro area. Woefully understaffed and painfully slow, always a long line until people finally give up and leave. On the opposite end of the scale, the midtown location on Woodward gives the best service Ive ever experienced at Fedex office. The Grosse Pointe location needs to improve or close for good.

My first package delivered by them was left on my front lawn. The second package was done the same way while I was actually there to receive it. I heard a knock at the door, went to open the door and all I see is a FedEx truck driving away while my $600 merchandise is in front of my house for the taking!

They never acknowledge me and I stood in line for over 15 minutes. When I finally got frustrated and asked if anyone was going to help me, the response I got was that we are busy! Really! They could have at least said, I will be with you soon or something.
