I have never written a negative review in my life, but I am strongly compelled to do so now. This is the third time that FedEx has claimed a delivery attempt, but has not actually done so. On three separate orders, I have received a message from FedEx via the seller that a delivery attempt was made, but never once, on a total of 7 supposed attempts, has a delivery attempt tag been left on my door. On two of those occasions, I was actually home, and no one knocked or rang the door bell. Furthermore, when speaking with customer service, they insisted that the package wasnt delivered because I wasnt home. In fact, I WAS HOME on multiple occasions. However, the package did not require a signature, so it should have been left in any case. When I mention that, they say didnt have an explanation. Furthermore, I have a porch, and the package wasnt left there. Finallly, I went to the distribution center on Poth and spoke to a manager, who assured me that he would leave notes on my address and that this would never happen again. Well, it has. I have spent a total of 10 hours of my own time trying to sort this out, hours talking to customer services reps, and sending pictures of my home entrance to verify that it is clearly marked and accessible. Still, no one seems to be able to help me solve the problem, which shouldnt be that difficult. All other delivery services, USPS, UPS etc.have no problem delivering. It is just FedEx that cannot competently leave me a package. Unfortunately, I can no longer use FedEx for personal or business reasons, nor can I patronize businesses that use FedEx, as I will never receive my orders. I will have to inform these businesses why. Not only is FedEx hurting themselves, but also other businesses. In the end, I am mystified by this, and in fact suspect that they arent even tryin to delivery my package. Frankly, they cant seem to be trusted. Better take your business elsewhere.

Paid for 3 day shipping from Newegg, they chose to ship FedEx, so this wasnt even my choice, it was inflicted upon me like a disease. Anyhow, placed my order at 3am on Thursday (12/1) and paid for 3 day shipping. Newegg estimated me Saturday(12/3). My package was coming from Indianapolis IN and coming to Columbus OH, and FedEx tracking was saying I was going to get my package on Friday... literally impossible it hadnt left the processing facility. So FedEx picks it up stupid late (10pm) on Thursday, an entire day wasted and it goes to their Indianapolis processing center and sits there for almost another full day. So today (12/3) I check my tracking information and FedEx now estimates Tuesday 12/6 as my delivery day. Uhhh, you what when? Never use FedEx, unreliable, untrustworthy.

Been trying to get a package delivered since last Saturday. Fedex called on Friday said it would be out for delivery on Saturday. I stayed home all day no delivery. I called and made arrangements for it to be delivered to the rental office because I would be out of town, they didnt do that. Then called on Thursday changed to my husbands work address. On Friday it shows delivered but not to my husbands work address, no idea where my package is. Thanks FEDEX. You better find my package and get it delivered to me ASAP!!!!!

Terrible...They have illegals in thier call center you cant even understand what they are saying... They deliver supposedly when your at work an tney dont even tell you when they are goin to deliver terrible terrible service l.. they need a rating system that goes in reverse on here -5 stars is what this location deserves... 1 * is too good for this place...

Never left a door tag saying that an attempt was made to deliver my package. And according to the tracking history I was at home when when of these supposed delivery attempts were made. Try to call and reschedule delivery, but no one was available to answer. Sent an email, but the email was rejected. WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not use FEDEX Ground.

It seems as if the service gets worse every time I have a package delivered via FedEx. I even signed up for the online account thinking I could manage shipments better (complete waste of time). In my opinion, FedEx service falls below UPS and USPS.

Terrible service. Cctv never captured driver making a delivery attempt yet tracking and the driver said an attempt was made. Had to drive a half hour away just to pick up my package that the driver failed to do.

Horrible. Similar to other reviews. Home all day, says attempt to deliver...no one came. Customer service said that he went to the wrong address twice and will attempt deliver again tomorrow. We shall see.

Wasnt very easy to get my package. You go in a room and call on a phone but nobody would answer. Had to talk to security guard to get through to anyone.
