The people at the store were pretty nice. This review is about dealing with the corporate #. Absolutely worthless. Cant hardly understand any of the people I spoke with (assume its over seas somewhere ). They just kept saying "call store", "call store" when the store wasnt the issue and they couldnt help.

You better bring your package with the label already printed. Or else youll have to pay $2.50 for "data usage" to open your email then .10 cents to print. (Im fine with the .10 print fee) I find it obnoxious to be charged for less than a megabyte of data, I found it petty.

They charge two dollars to put a strip of tape on your box... Thats like McDonalds charging you per soda cup straw.
