my worst habit ever is continuing to occasionally use Fed-Ex Kinkos. I went there today, asked the guy to print two images from my USB. he tells me to go do it on the machine myself. I tell him I need help on it because they usually run it behind the counter. it takes him 15 minutes to figure out which way to run the paper(non photo blue line that has a certain side I want it printed on) while he tells me his sob story about how they charge him for running test pages for me. boo hoo. he asks me what the thickness size of the paper is, changes the settings to something they dont usually do, runs it through and it gets jammed and prints all jacked up. I said screw it, let me get my USB back and im taking off. they suck yeah I know, im dumb for going there. the kicker: he tries chargin me for the 11X17 color sheet he screwed up. I say hell no Im not paying for it, you messed it up and wasted my page. he says if I dont pay then he has to keep the messed up page. for what to throw it out when I can still use it for something else? so I dont pay and the guy keeps my page. I got mad, left and will never return. I never wrote a review, bad or good online about anywhere but this is the last straw. The service and attitude is complete garbage and always has been. Go to Copyrite printing at 13/Gratiot instead (not a plug, I have nothing to do with them, except being a customer there) and pay less, get great service and avoid Masonic/Gratiot Kinkos altogether.

I come here every now and then, usually when i nee to print something unexpectedly or if i have to pick up a package. My most recent visit, the service was not good. It wasnt just to me but also to the lady in front of me. First, there were only two people visibly working. Both reps were working with customers so myself and lady in front of me were waiting in line. It felt like it took 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and able to get assistance. The same rep helped both me and the lady in front me. She seemed to have an attitude with her line of questioning and the lady in front of me was visibly upset. When it was my turn and i told her i had a package to pick up with the notice from door, she begin to give me the third degree. Yes, the package is at this location. Yes, I received a phone call from someone at this store...how about you just look at the confirmation number and get my package. Like i said i usually just use the printers which doesnt require much interaction with the reps but this time it was clear the customer service is poor.

If you need to ship something instead go to Fedex in Roseville, you should go to Staples behind. The lady that work is useless. I came in the store as directed by 1-800-GO-FEDEX to create a shippiment. I had an unusual situation as I need to create a shippment for someone else to send me a package. She looked at me and said she couldnt help me. When I asked if she could call 1-800, she said no. And she complete to say I dont know why 1-800 sent you here. Maybe because you a freaking FEDEX OFFICE STORE. And the 1-800 tried to be helpful but believe the computer lady that talks to you is one of the worst systems I had to navigate. I ended up getting better support from the Marriott hotel Loss prevention department (that who I need to ship my blue tooth to me) than Fedex. They new the site better, helped me to create the label and also have a work around for the email part the website didnt provide. So next time you need to go FEDEX Roseville or FEDEX all together. Go to UPS.

The woman at the shipping counter was absolutely atrocious. Unhelpful, agitated, and unwilling to explain shipping costs to me. She didnt understand the charges and could not explain to me why shipping my item was the cost that was being provided. She was able to explain the weight and dimensions of my items to me about 6 times, to which I finally said, "I understand" and she replied, "No, I dont think you do". I asked a few questions about the pricing to which she said, "I know theres an $11 fee somewhere in there". Real helpful. When I asked to take my item back (mostly because while standing at the counter researching I realized it was cheaper to Greyhound my item rather than pay bloated FedEx shipping prices) she was irritated and let out a resounding sigh. 10/10 for performance, if she was hoping to lose a customer at the end of it. If only zero stars was an option.

The service was horrible. We went in to print our table numbers and programs for our upcoming wedding. The place was slow, so the one that was standing around. Amber didnt help us out or try to sell up on any other service. She didnt give us information when we asked her what she needs. Just stared at us, not offering any help. Then I tell her just print the first 8 pages thats all I need. She proceeds to print all 15 pages, after I told her twice I only need the first 8.. I paid for it because She obviously didnt want to listen to the customer, or do her job correctly in a friendly manner. We wont ever be going back. And I dont suggest anyone go either. There is to many options that could at least be friendly and helpful.

If I could have given this site a 0 rating then I definitely would have done so...The cashier, possibly the manager, was rude and condescending. After waiting a while for my document to download, she told me that the file was corrupt. This was a word document from work...no way was it corrupt. As a matter of fact, I had just moments before downloaded the retrieved the file on the sites computers. What I had not realized was that it was closing time. So Im positive this is the reason she did not want to allow my document the time it would need to download. I use FedEx Kinkos quite frequently; however, after this experience I will no longer, and I will suggest to my colleagues and friends to discontinue using their services as well.

Woman named Barb that works here is super rude. I come here almost weekly for work and she is always unprofessional. Moments ago just witnessed her laughing in someones face who couldnt understand that their systems were down. Customer was just confused, way to be rude to someone who needed some help explaining how your systems work. She is always rude to me personally and the first few times I let it slide because you never know how someones day is going. Done coming here just because you feel the need to talk down to people, you work at fed ex woman, youre not a doctor. Ill be shipping UPS based on the customer service Ive received at this location.

All I know is that Kathy is pretty conniving. I showed up 5 minutes before closing and I walked in with my own paper, and told her that I know they want to get home so I will try to be quick with this print job on 2 sheets of paper from a memory stick, and she told me after looking at the instructions for the paper that it was recommended for desktop printers. I went to my car and read more.... I needed to print on a laser printer(which I do not have at home) and when I tried to get back in but, she refused and said that they were closed. I asked please, but she refused and told me that I could contact the manager on Monday. SO BRUTAL!
