We used this place for temporary storage. I assumed that self-storage was a low service industry. Not only were the rates great, but the lady working there started the rental truck, cleaned it off, even wiped the ice off the wiper blades. Then she shoveled the snow from in front of our newly rented space. She then went back up front and got salt and put that down so that we would not slip. Each time I have called there, the staff is incredibly friendly and they are always helpful.

While the Holland storage units are convenient and most employees are friendly, I am very disappointed with Cross Creek Self Storage. I found and reported mouse droppings in my climate controlled indoor unit. I was charged on automatic billing for 2 months of storage after moving out which was never refunded. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which Cross Creek never bothered to respond to.

I was disappointed with this company. I rented twice from them, and after the second time, I made a mental note never to store with them again. The storage units were fine, though the door to mine, at least, required lots of prying and yanking to get it open. But what I really disliked was that the office personnel were not professional or customer oriented. Not helpful. Im taking my things elsewhere.

What better way to add on to your house so you dont have a second mortgage? Cross creek! In our kids moving back in stage of life we had two storage lockers and with all of the ins and outs of needing small space and larger spaces and even putting two lockers close together and now consolidating back to one they are so helpful.

The lady at the desk was sweet over the phone and in person, the unit rent is reasonable and affordable. The property is clean and under 24 hour security surveillance. My wife and I felt welcomed when we where taken care of.

The staff was just so helpful! They worked around my work schedule to open the unit. They worked with our delivery driver to make sure he had access! AMANZING definitely WHOLE HEARTEDLY recommending!!

Im satisfied. Storage rates in general could be much cheaper but cross creek has good security.
