UPDATE::They wont reply to the BBB.. They know they did wrong.. and their testimonials on the website is the OWNER and his WIFE..LOL....REALLY.....THIEVES they are... but my complaint will be on file for everyone to know. I cant believe they wont reply to the better business bureau..KARMA will get you BOB and GREG...may she be swift and show you what you have done to me..... BEGINING The gentleman named Bob there lied to me about my unit. I made a payment on my storage unit and was told there would be no issues, a month later it takes him 3 days to tell me 2 days after my payment the month prior my stuff was sold. I no longer have any of my stuff. Dont get me wrong I was behind. HOWEVER, from Spetember on 2014 till February of 2015 no payment on my storage was paid. Then I got a job and was working paid 500.00 then more than my regular payment each and every single month to get it up to date. They sold my stuff in JUNE. I called and called and called Just to get a answer my things are gone. I asked for at least my pictures. It is now October. I am being told we will check on it and get back with you STILL.. Everything I owned, everything that meant anything to me INCLUDING my mother, fathers, grandmothers china cabinet that is older than I am are all gone. These things meant the world to me. I WOULD NOT have let these things go. I would have done what ever it took to get my things paid for and kept. If they were going to sell my things why didnt the do it during the period of 4/5 months when I didnt pay a dime, instead of when I am paying money each and every single month to get it up to date. I was paying another payment of 250.00 in June when monthly I was only supposed to pay 119.00.. Just to get it down and then at the end of July I was going to get my things out and move into my own place. I was working and getting things done where all those months I didnt pay anything I was not working and didnt pay. They held onto my things. it was a 20 X 30 storage unit so you could imagine how much was in there and how much I lost. things I will never EVER be able to replace. A 50 year old china cabinet of my grandmothers, 40 or more year old Chandalier, huge wall picture my parents, pictures of my entire life, pictures of my parents who have passed, anything and everything I owned. 20 bags of clothes, all the way to bathroom items and underwear. REALLY.. you draw your own conclusion to the story. THIS IS THE TRUTH. How will this affect them like is does me. It wont. I can not replace the things that was lost. They are irreplaceable. Yeah they can be replaced with something else in time. BUT they are not the same as the china cabinet that was 50 plus years old my mother had to fight for the get thru a will when another family member took it. and so on. I would have taken care of this to avoid this and BOB knew it. CROOKS THEY ARE. complaint filed with BBB..No reply from AAA still...

If there was a negative rate i could give they would get it. This is the only office and they sent me to another location to sign papers only there is no other office. Waste of time. Incompetent!

Never answers his phone. Nobody should have to walk, bike, or drive; just to pay their monthly rental fee
