After working with several storage companies I have found that Red Dot storage is the most willing to work with you. If you have late fees they will do their best to get them waived. Also allowing you the most convenient services to help work around your busy schedule. When you find yourself further behind they offer a settlement plan so that you dont loose your belongings to an auction. Unlike most companies they arent just after your money but your future business.

We decided to start moving at 2am. Not ahving a human office made this super easy! The kiosk was super simple to work! Only thing we dont like is the exit gate stays open so anyone can go in at any point in time. And good for them but bad for us: theres never any bigger unit available. Were stuck to the one very very small unit. Overall a great, easy place to work with

What ever you do, dont use these people for storage. They have been harassing me for payments that have been made and I have proof of payments which they ignore. Ever since they bought out National Storall you dont want to deal with these people trust me.
