Precision Tile & Flooring

This location may have good customer service, but they have TERRIBLE SECURITY. Theft is rampant, and very common. I USED TO STORE materials here. But I had my unit broken into. Even though I had (cubesmart mandated) insurance, they would NOT cover the theft. Cubesmart stated that because I did NOT purchase a lock directly from them, (although i had a disc lock, because I DID NOT PURCHASE IT FROM CUBESMART) the theft was NOT covered. See attached photos of the iron security fencing damaged by thieves. Although customer service is very important, security is more important when choosing self storage. Gate malfunctions are frequent. So access is only granted from 9:30am-6:00pm. BE WARNED, THIS PLACE IS NOT VERY GOOD. Note the other reviews, its very obvious cubesmart is incentiving people to write good reviews.

This place by far has the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Andrew (manager) was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, knew all the answers to my question and all around, just an extremely nice person to deal with and he made me feel confortable throughout the whole start up process of getting my unit. There was another woman working there with Andrew also but I didnt get her name, she too was extremely knowledgable about the business and a very nice person to deal with. So in all, my experience was fantastic and I would recommend CubeSmart and the Redford, MI location to anyone. Thanks for the great experience. (Natalie Schwitzer)

I was blown away with the customer service at this particular location. The store manager was nothing short of amazing! He took his time to explain everything to me, I never felt rushed. I was out looking for similar facilities, but this one particular facility caught my attention because of the way I felt welcomed.. I am going to continue my search for a location closer to my area. But I highly recommend this location if you are ever in need of a storage facility!!! They will treat you like family! I may just drive the extra miles to store with you guys!!! Stacie has the best customer service. Shes patient she helps you with everything you need she is nice and she is very kind. When you walk in all you see is her beautiful smile greeting you with open arms. And MoNique is so uplifting she helps you with everything you need. I was very pleased with my is it at Cube Smart. I was helped by a young lady, Stacie, and she was very nice. She had a very bright attitude and seemed as if she loved her job! After a long day her bright spirited made me smile because I myself know how rude customers and employees can be. It was a great experience to visit the facility. How clean and not that damp smell you can get from mildew. The place is where I would store my stuff there anytime. I had Mr. Bad and he literally hand carried me thru the storage area and pointed out my entrance and easy exit points throughout the place. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone, and I am.

And I was provided with so much great customer service and the manager Monique made me feel comfortable and safe about storing my things.. All I can say is... if your looking for a storage unit you most definitely should stop in... prices are great ..... And the customer service is even better...

The Guy that helped me, Tatted with the earrings was very pleasant, very helpful storage size that was recommended was perfect clean place, plenty of dollys to help with moving only thing I didnt like is that people will block you in at the loading dock, wish there was another way out, just one way in and out

Ive been storing at this location for a couple of years now. The customer service is excellent. The new ladies that took over really go above and beyond for their customers. Water, candy, and pure love. So I recommend the Redford location for storage. Check out Stacey and Monique; you will be very pleased!!

This location has had multiple break ins and is PLAGUED with gate issues CONSTANTLY. The last break in, OVER THIRTY UNITS were broken into. Did they catch anyone? Nope! The video surveillance is worthless. Did they take any new measures to prevent it from happening again? Nope!

The manager is disrespectful at this location. I called to tell her that her auction photos came out blurry and she felt it best to deny that and eventually hang up on me. Taking bad auction photos robs the tenants of money they could have raised from their auctions.
