I am not yet a customer as I have a little time prior to my relocation. However, I helped a good friend of mine move out of her storage unit at this location yesterday. I have looked around for storage facilities myself and did not receive the geniune concern and great customer service that we received while moving the stuff out my friends storage. I believe the ladies name was Patricia, I do not have the paper that I wrote her name on now but anyway, she was very courteous, helpful, and even gave me pricing for storage options for myself. I will be back. :-) Unfortunately, it is not every day that you receive good customer service and it should be noted. Thank you Simply Self Storage Troy.

After moving back to Michigan we had to rent an apartment for about a year. I chose the Troy Simply Self Storage not just because I had previously worked there but because I know that the management is straight forward and friendly and very professional. It also helps that they are the most competitive storage chain in the area. My wife and I stored here for a year and I will continue to recommend others to rent there as well.

I called every storage facility in Troy and the surrounding cities but found Simply Self Storage to be the best value in town. The location is perfect with easy access to I-75. Office management is always friendly and helpful. They have convenient office hours, and 24 hour gated storage access with cameras set up all over the property so my belongings are safe. I couldnt be more pleased.

The management and prices were spectacular. The only downside to the experience is the condition of the facility. The roads throughout the units are beat up, but thats somewhat expected at a storage facility. Great experience so far!
