The process to go and get a storage unit showing up randomly is quick and painless. The ladies I worked with were easy to work with and quick to get the paperwork done. I enjoyed the thorough walk through and being able to check out the storage unit sizes before deciding to go with which one I needed. Access to the unit is gated with a personal code to both get in and out of the place. Cameras are stationed everywhere. There are carts provided to haul items to and from loading area. If youre on a floor above 1st, there are elevators available to transfer items.

I requested a coupon online and within 15 minutes someone from that location called me and told me about their various specials (very reasonable for a storage facility). When I went there later that day the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they also gave me a tour of their IMMACULATE indoor storage facility......seriously, the place is spotless!!!! I would highly recommend this place.

Prices are a bit higher but great service and very secure but mainly I love the location and the fact theyre much more reasonable working with you than most storage companies so along with cleanliness they offer me the best piece of mind. Well worth the slightly higher cost!

Establishment is clean and new. Could use some air ventilation on the upper floors though, perhaps an exhaust fan. Stacie was quite professional and pleasant when reserving a unit. Perfect pricing and conveniently located.
