This place is absolutely horrible horrible. Dont believe the price online, it wont stay that price for even a full month. My bill increased $65 a month over the 6 months that I had the unit. The entrance is next to impossible to get into with a 12 trailer unless you just back the trailer up over the curb onto the lawn, and then the load/unload zone always has the managers car parked inside, so a lot of times its hard to find a place to park because she takes up loading zone space instead of parking outside in the parking lot. Dont waste your money here.

I have rented from several storage companies before in which I was very dissatisfied with , until one day I was in need of storage with little notice I called this location, and it was almost time for them to close and I told Monica my situation and in her nice voice she said dont worry I will wait for you. My property has been in that location since June.Every time I call they make me fill like family and location is always clean. Monica and her team they have excellent customer service

Its so hard to get a hold of people here. The office always has a sign that they will be back and such and such time. Then you come back at that time only to find they changed the time on the sign. The phones are rarely to never answered. The auto pay on the phone works on some days. The elevator automatically goes to LL after it closes. It was just not a pleasant experience. My major complaint would have to be the unavailability of workers.

The Experience was actually one of the best that I ever had. I have used companys in the past and this company is by far the best. Always clean service is always fast and friendly. This location in particular is very good I have recommended a friend last month and I will continue to refer friends as long as the facility is ran by the current manager. Great job.

I thought the place was very clean and the manager Monica was very professional. She showed me 3 different boxes and asked me questions about what I was storing and explained to me how I could stack my belongings and how to pack them to maximize the space. She was great it was a very nice experience for me. She was also nice to my kids .

Management not reasonable to customers who live, out of town. Auto pay isnt always the answer, especially when one is double charged or the wrong card is charged, causing even more problems that initially. Everyone is human... Give us a break, especially since they dont have a "key-in" at the door.

Ive rented here for a while and in the last two years the prices have gone up twice over 12% a month..."for administrative reasons" its a nice place, but its not worth that amount of a price hike every year.
