Do not bring your things to this storage place THEY BARELY ANSWER THERE PHONES DURING BUSINESS HOURS...im a germaphobic and neat freak so My unit is both clean and organized.but point is I have gotten these little bright red bugs called (clover mites) NOT HARMING look them up theyre pests all over my clothes my kids clothes in my totes several they treat there lawn so much more then the damn storage units WHICH MAY BE THE CAUSE OF THESE PEST.they do not WAIVE LATE FEES there "system" is not set up for that. And if your a few weeks late courtesy calls or not THEY PUT AN ILLEGAL LIEN ON YOUR UNIT AND LOCK YOU OUT!!!!!UNTIL YOU MAKE A PAYMENT. BUT BY LAW THEY HAVE 3 MONTHS TO NOT RECIEVE PAYMENT BEFORE THEY PUT A ACTUAL LEGAL LIEN TO SIEZE YOUR PROPERTY AND START AUCTION PROCESS.BUT BEFORE IT GOES THAT FAR THEY TRY THREATING AND FORCING YOU TO MAKE PAST DUE PAYMENT BEFORE GETTING INTO YOUR UNIT WETHER YOU HAVE IMPORTANT VALUABLE ITEMS IN IT.THEY CAN GIVE 2 F***S ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY...AND THEY DONT CLEARLY SPECIFY IN THERE CONTRACT THAT THEY DO THIS TO THERE CUSTOMERS. BEWARE OF SIDE CONVERSATIONS THAT CAN THROW U OFF OF READING THERE CONTRACT!!!!IM VACATING WHAT I CAN SALVAGE FROM THESE BUGS BEING ON ME AND MY FAMILYS THINGS. THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO PRORATE. Read reviews and ratings my fellow ppl its so helpful!!

They raise their rates every few months and site "extraordinary customer service" yet the following happened during our time as a customer. (We stored a new camper at their site) 1. They want you to come in "in person" for everything - I dont have time for this (i.e. Swap out auto pay credit card after original card expired) 2. They let weeds grow around our camper and lots of mud every time we drive in and out 3. Our camper was hit by someone parking another stored item nearby and the response from the manager was "we dont have Cameras on that part of our lot and its park at your own risk" This doesnt seem like extraordinary customer service and effective today weve given notice to end our business relationship (of course theyve asked me to submit that "in writing, in person" as their call center wouldnt accept notice via my call :)

First time using storage and I found Compass Storage Manager Tammy very helpful, especially since I was self-moving my belongings from Canada. Tammy and her husband live onsite, making sure the entire grounds, inside & out, are safe, secure, clean and tidy. I have high standards and I must say this storage facility exceeds my expectations with cleanliness and trustworthiness. Tammy accommodates my every need. Upon arrival, my climate controlled unit was ready for me. Whenever I need help, she responds immediately. The grounds are well maintained and well secured with key code entry. I would highly recommend this site of Compass Self Storage because of the quality units and the manager, Tammy! I have full confidence that my things are safe here and I am glad I am renting from them.

Its a great location, close to my house and very convenient to store my travel trailer. I had my trailer there for 3 months and they raised the rate from $50.00 a month which was already higher than a lot of other places to $85.00 a month. This is about $25.00 a month higher than the next most expensive place and a 70% increase. When I picked up my trailer to move it to another facility the outdoor storage area was nearly empty. It had been full before the rate increase.

When I first signed up with them they were great. Staff was very friendly and facility was clean. The issue I have is they raise their rates all the time. All you get is a letter in the mail that its going up. We always pay a few months at a time and have never been late, but twice this year already and its only June means I need to go somewhere else. I dont understand how these companies drive business away when you have good paying customers.

The lady who helped me was very good, friendly.. only thing there were some unexpected charged added to my first month. When I explained me situation, she worked hard to get these resolved to my satisfaction! Then it started to rain hard… she walked me out to my car with her umbrella! Customer service! Highly recommend!

We store our RV there and really like the drive through spots. The drive way is very RV friendly. Our only wish is that theyd fix the pot hole on the left hand side of the entrance where the access pad is located.

Facility was nice and clean and the staff member was friendly. However, the sales associate did not want to bother with a final sale near the end of the day. So I took my long term business elsewhere the next day.
