Ive been doing business with this location for over 2 yrs and have had nothing shy of a great experience. They have cheap rates the lot is secure with both a password based gated entry and cctv. I was a little nervous when the newest property manager took over because sometimes change can be hard especially when you have good communication with the former manager but Melissa put my mind at ease instantly. Shes been extremely helpful and easy to talk to with any questions or concerns. I have recommended others to use this location (theres a nice kickback program for referrals) and will continue to do so.

I been using there property for storage almost 2 years now and I am so thankful to the awesome staff for helping me with storage for my Moms stuff.. Property is always clean Never have any problems with the gate IT WORKS! and the manager/staff working always such a sweet smiling face ready to help. I also didnt have to fill out a book of forms and sign over my first born to lease with them..Now that Menards will open up beside them soon they just made the road there and turning lanes easy to get in and out of.. I think this place is great ;)

I was in from out of town picking up an auction unit. Melissa was terrific! She was friendly yet always professional. She answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable and very patient with me. ( it was my first purchase ever of an auctioned unit). The property was groomed well and clean despite its location. I have recently had a need to acquire my own storage unit and I can tell you first hand that in that sometimes unfortunate circumstance, it is made all that much easier when the person that you are dealing with is like Melissa.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff here. I just wish they had better parking. Or any at all would be a good start. I had to park a large truck out front once and I overestimated the space available and busted a tail light... Thankfully Melissa was willing to share her tape with me and I taped it back on. So yeah, know the storage facility before you try to take a large vehicle into there. Not much room to navigate and pretty much anywhere you park you block the road in and out and is probably illegal.

Melissa went out of her way to help me with a storage unit, including staying after hours when a mishap on the road from "the Thumb" delayed my arrival. She found the right sized unit for my car that I have to store until I return to Michigan. She gave me clear instructions ahead of time for all the paperwork I would need. This customer service is just outstanding! I feel my auto is secure. Highly recommend this business.

I have been a tenant for 3 years now and I gotta say... I am very happy with this place! To me the most important thing is the level of customer service is great! Manager and Staff are very friendly. I have no complaints. The property is fenced and safe. They keep it VERY clean and weed free. Im sure there must be some somewhere, but, I have never even seen an ant on the ground! 5 Stars... Keep up the good work!

Prices were the best around and there was even a move in special!! Melissa was very knowledgeable on what would work best for me and didnt try to sell me more then I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is tired of high prices and just wants someone helpful to work with you!! Very very clean as well!!

A great place to store my stuff as an OTR truck driver its a safe and secure lot and that means a lot when youre gome for months at a time. The manager has been more than understanding and helpful with any concerns as have the rest of the staff.
