My mom Dawn Brooks couldnt figure out how to use Google for the review, so I walked her through it. She has talked about Kyle and Zach as if they were family members. She said that from the time she stepped into the door, they were the kindest young men, very knowledgeable, respectable and very professional. She has never used Public Storage ever but because of these two fine young men, she will return and recommend others to go to that location. Thank you so much for being a positive role model for young people, and I personally want to thank you for being so kind to my mom. Keep up the good work gentlemen!!

My storage nightmare began on a Sunday and with barely anyone open and nowhere to take my truck full of furniture and boxes, I ended up at public storage. Laketa helped me out and went above and beyond to accommodate me. She found me the best deal for my needs and got done fast and efficiently so I could make my u haul drop off for the truck with 20 minutes to spare. She is truly an asset to the company and I will definitely use public storage again because of her friendliness, thoroughness, and bend over backward personality. Made a nightmare into a dream experience! Thank you Laketa!

My experience with Public Storage (Property #29124, Manager Demond) was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door, Demond greeted me with a smile. He was very kind and clean. Well dressed! Any and every question I asked he was able to answer and assisted me with all of my needs. Everything I needed to know pertaining to my storage was explained to me clearly and thoroughly! To top all of that off, he is such a cutie pie! My #1 vote goes to Public Storage Property #29124! I would recommend this location to EVERYONE!

This place is run down and I dont recommend it to anyone. The lights in the stairwells have been out for over a year. The sliding building doors are usually locked. There are no dollies and the place is freezing cold in the winter. The key reader is placed inconviently so you have to get out of your vehicle to punch in your entrance code no matter if youre driving a car or truck. Rates went up within 3 months of moving in. The only redeeming quality of the place is that the customer service is friendly.

She went above and beyond to search out and provide the information I needed to make an informed decision about which unit to rent with the best price and deal possible, and she SMILED--customer service is often missing the kindness and endurance that Orlanda generously offered. What a awesome team! Ive never rented a space before and I went to this location on Greenfield and the two ladies in the office helped me through the entire process. They listened to my needs and my complaints and in the end I was able to rent the space I needed at a great price and have interaction with some great people. Brittany and Laketa customer service skills are superb and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!! Thanks guys you were awesome =)

I have been a customer for Public Storage for almost a year now. When I came across a major problem, Kyle assisted me immediately and efficiently. All the employees are great and very professional at this site, especially LaKeta and Kyle. They should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. the service at this public storage is awesome always greated with a smile and great service and the manager KYLE is so nice and helpful kyle helped me when I came in explaned everything to me and answered all my questions I had a lot going on when I got my space and he took the time to listen and made me fell better I dont hope to have storage forever but any store kyle is at I will make sure I store with him

I have to say that the customer service at this location is A1. Laketa is great, she greets you with a smile and she always remember her customers by name as soon as you walk in the door. She is always so welcoming and she has such a lovely, geniune spirit about her. I have never seen her treat anyone less than important and I am truly honored and proud to recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

Laketa, gave me excellent service, it was the best experience and service that I ever received dealing with PS. I will always refer them and use their service. In the past I felt storage was a hassle and preferred to just put my stuff in a friends garage, but after this time i see how effective and cost efficient a rented storage be. I have been using this storage location for a full year, up until today. LaKeita and Zach are AMAZING at their jobs. I have never received anything other than the most utmost respect from them. I have never seen customer service so well delivered. I will always recommend this location to everyone. Other than the outstanding customer service, the prices are pretty fair.

I came in today I had a few questions about how the storage process works. Every question I had was answered, Laketa was very patient and understanding. I never had a storage before and now I have a better understanding of how it works. Once I make all my plans and organize my movers, I will definitely will store at this location. this is the best public storage in the area. Kyle the manager was very nice and compassionate when I was having trouble from another storage facility. They were able to get me in quickly and have since had the best customer service during my whole time using their company for my storage needs. I would defitnely recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Shocked by the increase on both units. Was given the most craziest excuse why I keep getting an increase. But let me miss a payment by a day, your unit going up for auction after Ive had these units over a year never missed a payment.smh a little more consideration needed had to contact head quarters an even they were shocked an apologized. Lets do better.
