I must take the time out to show my great appreciation and my wow experience with Monique Turner and Brad Max at the cube smart location at 28223 Telegraph Rd Southfield MI. Words can not express how great their customer service was. The facility was very clean, organized, safe and not to mention smelled awesome!. When they came to work on 10/21/16... to them it may have been just another day in the office but little did they know they were my blessing in disguise. You see Im moving 10/22/16 and decided at 6:50 am on 10/21/16 I need a storage unit. With the stress of moving I had no idea as to what storage location to use, if I could afford a unit and still be able to pay for the movers in such a short notice and if there would even be any availability. I panicked and began to Google closest location. I read through all the other options but Cube Smart stood out from the rest. I read the reviews, crossed my fingers and proceeded to make an online reservation. I then went to the location where I was greeted with a warm smile and respect. Monique assisted me with choosing the correct unit I needed and went the extra mile. By the time I was done i was crying of JOYFUL AND STRESS FREE tears, literally. Not only would I recommended this location I will shout it to the world. You see, when you meet a person you never know what they are going through. You never know what burdens they carry. I went in stressed and came out blessed. Monique is a wonderful manager and just in that moment of time I knew choosing cube smart was the best thing I could have done. Thank You. First off I want to start off by saying that I do not even live in the state of Michigan. I was very overwhelmed about having to move with such short notice, as I was looking up storage facilities CubeSmart popped up and not paying any attention I tapped on the number and it took me to the telegraph location in Southfield, MI. A extremely patient young women named Monique answered the phone I told her I had never used self storage before so was confused about the whole process. She told me no problem she would assist me step by step even though she was not in my city. She asked how many rooms, how large was my furniture, even what amount I could afford with all the other things I had going on, I had explained to her I had Cancer an that things had gotten to hard to hold my household down so I needed something I could afford. She was able to know the exact size unit I needed, she gave me the amount of the storage with tax, asked if I needed a lock and gave me the entire total with the price of the lock included, she was amazing. She even put in the reservation from Michigan. So when I showed up at the location nearest me everything was done. I was not sure how to thank her if I should send flowers or what then I figured a review in hopes that anyone who needed help would find them a Monique.

Recently reserved a 16 foot Penske Truck from these guys, and I have to say, I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and super helpful, especially Shawn (the property manager). She made sure all our questions were answered, and even helped us in finding information on cross-country moving companies. The truck was very clean and well-maintained. The property was also very well-maintained. They even have a covered loading area, business center, and free wifi for the storage facility. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit or a truck rental!

The Storage Pros Southfield location offers consistently excellent service, especially from the location manager, Shawn. The first time I met her, she helped me defrost my car door lock--in sub-zero weather. Shes ALWAYS friendly and genuinely happy to see you (even if youve locked yourself out--which of course, I would never do). Great lady, great manager and a great representative of the Storage Pros brand.

Warm and inviting facility. Mr. Kost and the other staff member was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain Cube Smart lease and allowed me to preview the unit prior to renting. I truly feel safe on the premises and I definitely believe I made a good choice. I will confess I think its a little pricey but it is worth it to be treated and cared for in a friendly and professional manner.

The staff was fantastic! Andrew and Monique were extremely helpful, made it easy for me to focus on cleaning out the storage, as our company had decided to get rid of the equipment from there. Helped me at every ask, even provided me cold water when I was up front obviously sweating! Great people, would use this location again in a heartbeat!

CubeSmart was a great help to me and my son. He was moving to Southfield and needed someplace to store things until he was able to get into the apartment he rented. We could ship items to CubeSmart, and Brad Bax, the manager was able to put them in the storage unit for us. CubeSmart made the move so much easier.
