I still can not believe how fast I was able to get a ten foot truck in about 7-8 minutes, load all my stuff, Drive almost 2 hours away one way, Unload all the stuff and drop off the truck at another location right by my new apartment, in less than half a day. I ended up paying $156 dollars with tax for a 160 mile trip, and I would of gladly paid double. looking back at the past, Im kicking myself for not using this service for all 7-8 moves. It used to take me days if not weeks to move; I had to schedule multiple trips around work-and school. I always used to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and always worried about moving, but thank goodness I used your service, you guys are life savers and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. P.S. anyone whos worried about Having enough time to go in and get a Uhaul or scared to drive a box truck, dont be. Ive never driven anything bigger than a car and I drove their 10 foot box truck two hours straight with ease. IMPORTANT FACT: This location offers after hours drop-off meaning you will not get penalized an extra day if you dont make it backbefore closing, AS LONG THE TRUCK IS RETURNED BEFORE 7:00 A.M. THE FOLLOWING DAY. Just park the truck in any open spot lock up, and drop the keys through the metal latch with a copy of your receipt.

Rented from here a few times and never had any problems for just walking in and getting a truck. Today we went in to get a truck and a guy with a lisp at first asked us if we had a reservation. Nope. Still got a truck, then proceeded to harass us a few more times over the fact that we NEED to call ahead. Went outside to get the truck and then he told us that we were in there last parking spot at the moment and needed to park it elsewhere.

Depending on who is working is key to your service.If is cold outside some works like to pretend that the buzzer for the propane refill is broken and wont come outside to refill until you go in and ask them to refill,Then you will hear a grunt coming from that worker as if its his responsibility to do that job,Much like your asking to much to have something done . Store is dirty .Some days service is ok.

Ive used this Uhaul location more than a few times for different things and have never been disappointed I will continue to use this location for all of my uhaul needs. The manager was extremely helpful when we had a lighting issue with my truck and he had it fixed and us back on the road in no time!

Great customer service, when theyre not totally backed up. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my deposit back after I drove back. I was in the store by myself for 20 min too. HEY CORPORATE HOW ABOUT YOU HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE YOU GREEDY LOSERS?
