Simply Self Storage in Dearborn Heights is a clean, well lit, secured storage facility. The carts available for customer use can be very handy when moving multiple items at once. The bills come to us through email (my preference) and we send payment directly from our bank which is extremely convenient. The property manager, Shannon, is wonderful! Shannon listens to our requests, responds quickly, and makes an effort to do what she can. Its really nice to know that she is actually available to help us. We have stored at this facility for almost 2 years now and so far, so good. The prices are comparable to others in the area but its the customer service by far that keeps us happy!

For a 10 x 15 Price started at $84 in Nov 2008. It went up every six months to $127 Mar 2010. Thats a 50% increase! Other Storage places in the same area were at $100-105. Spoke with the person in the office who said she was sorry and understood if I moved out. Did not offer any reduced price. For 2 winters, snow piled in front of all the units was never shoveled. They ran a plow down the center. You had to shovel it out of you wanted to open the door. Tried to buy boxes a few times but the office was empty most of the time during business hours. No one around
