Parking was horrendous because the small lot is jam packed with their trucks/trailers, etc; they were even blocking part of a handicap space & all the loading area with a trailer. The two women working were clearly did not want to be there. They didnt care about the handicap parking (I am disabled & have a placard), & they made us feel like we were interrupting their day by being their to rent. When we returned the truck 2 hours later, one of the women was just sitting at her desk with no one there to help & she told us to walk back outside and go find the original woman who helped us rent. All we wanted to do was return, why would WE need to track a worker down to do that?!? Thankfully, the other woman returned to help us, but she didnt speak to us at all other than to ask if we were returning; instead she and the other woman spent their time complaining about other workers attitudes & call ins. We were definitely NOT IMPRESSED and will never rent from this location again. The truck itself was clean and nice, however, they kill you with the price per mile. I hope next time I need a last minute truck its not on Sunday so I have more options than U-haul from which to rent. Way overpriced for poor service.

Poor Customer Service and Nonchalant Attitudes If I could give this place 0 stars, I definitely would. I lost my key to my storage unit and they informed me that I would have to provide a lock cutter or hire a locksmith to cut my lock. This past Sunday, my boyfriend and I went to the unit and called up to the front desk. A woman who worked there walked past us three times and didnt acknowledge us at all. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called again and they sent someone down 15 minutes later. She informed us that I would have to call a locksmith to cut the lock. 45 minutes wasted......this place has poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

If you want to increase your blood pressure, just drop into this store for anything. I have been there once a couple years ago for a hitch and had such a horrible experience that I left and paid a dealership to do the job. This morning I had a second taste of the worlds worst customer service. While they were busy not returning the boxes uhaul guarantees are returnable, they were yelling at each other because someone turned off the auto-forwarding of phone calls to somewhere else. These people HATE customers and it shows. Save yourself and never set foot in this store and dont bother calling. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...EVER!

Setup appointment to have a 5th wheel hitch install on my truck.. should have seen the warning signs when the counter staff didnt know how to enter the estimate into the computer. They took my downpayment and booked me for a week later. I show up with my truck a week later and get a call that they dont have all the parts, or may need something else.. but they want me to look up the bracket and bolt assemblys. After 2 days of phone tag .. oh yeah there phone rolls to an answering service that Instant Messages the store. Finally went down the street to an RV sales office and had it completed that day.

I always have a long wait to get thru a short line up to the counter. They need to be able to take care of customers far more quickly. I usually go there once or twice a year to get my camping trailers two 30lb propane tanks refilled. I would go elsewhere if it wasnt for them being located conveniently for me plus charging me only for the propane that actually goes into the tanks...versus a high, flat fee like most places have regardless of how empty the tanks are. Several years ago, I had them install a brake controller for when towing and they did a fine job with that project.

This uhual ran my credit card at the time of rental and then held my card number on file. Two weeks after the rental they ran my card again for fees/charges I was never made aware of 100$ worth. I filed an immediate fraud claim with my bank as well as uhual and the store manager has yet to call and explain. Everytime I tried to reach the store I was transfered to customer service. I will never use this store again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I also have filed charges with an attorney because they illegally stored and ran my bank card. Renters Beware!!

TERRIBLE !!!! - Had 8am appointment to have hitch installed, they said the "Hitch Guy" does not come in until 9, they tried to raise the price, and only 2 people working so no one covered the counter. Will not go back !!!!! POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND !!!!! They expect call canter to hadle call, them live by what the call center provides, or give the call center approriate guidelines. 2 others had issues with reservations for trailers made at the call center

This U-Haul on Elizabeth Lake Rd was great. Service was fast, and easy. Ann checked us in when we picked up the 15 truck. It was clean, looked new. We extended our days by phone, no problem. Returned to Commodore Moore. He was pleasant, cheerful, and very helpful. We would definitely return if we need to rent a truck or buy moving supplies.

Told me the wrong time for my hitch installation. Then they told me it would take an hour. Now that we are half way though, they tell me it will be three hours. Im not even getting the wiring. Avoid this place. Finally done after 3.5 hours. They gave me $30 off. Id rather have my three hours back.

Great experience and everything was as scheduled and promised. Person who initally checked us in was quite dry and could use a quick lesson in "Personable" customer service, but otherwise everyone else well as our equipment was great and we plan to reserve from them again here real soon!

Stood around for about 10 minutes, called while standing in the lobby and still had to wait 5 minutes before someone told me to wait a few more minutes. Walked out and got my propane filled across the street. Wont be returning, apparently theyre too busy for their customers at Uhaul.

Tried to rent a uhaul from these people. THE GUY DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE CREDIT CARD. THEN A WEEK LATER AT 10 OCLOCK AT NIGHT I GET A CALL FROM TIFFANY TRYING TO RENT ME A TRUCK AGAIN. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! NO WAY AND I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN

Lots of storage options, remote gate, employees knowledgeable and friendly,. Remote gate excess and you are able to fit a 72 foot moving truck back there, it is tight in a couple area but it can be done, I seen it, I gave it a 4 bc bathrooms are so far away from units

I cant rehash how badly this location handled my tow wiring harness installation, how crappy the quality of the wiring is, and how badly it affected my life. My cars electrical system was damaged because of it. See my review on Yelp to read all the comedy.

Worst uhaul experience if my life. And I wasnt even renting anything I was just picking up a trailer. They were understaffed and the staff wouldnt listen. Also seemed like there was no communication.
