I had shopped around, and needed a storage locker that was close to my house and had drive up access. I had looked around online for a couple of days and finally decided to check out Simply Self Storage. I talked with Lynn, and she was more than helpful with getting me into a locker that had what I needed. The facility is tucked away nicely right off of Telegraph, and is easy to get into and out of. Being able to access storage 24 hours is a huge bonus. And again, Lynn is very accommodating.

Ive had my storage unit at this location for almost 6 years (yeah, I know, move someplace so I can actually use all my stuff, lol). I dont remember the previous managers Ive worked with, but ever since Lynn started managing this location, everything has been top notch. Her understanding and customer service has exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work!

The unit has water leak from the ceiling but the lady at office was rude and no help at all. This place may have low price but you get what you payed for.
