I went over the mileage and was charged for additional mileage which is completly understandable so when a representative called me and told ne I had a balance I had no problem with paying the additional fee quoted on the phone. When I arrived the next day I was giving a substainaly different amount as a balance. I I was rold that I didnt refill the vehicle which I did. I was charged $30 for a1/4 tank of gas that they claim wasnt filled. What wasnt understandable was the fact that i left the gas tank exactly where I received it. I will never use this company again.

Great equipment. Staff is fair. My reason for going was for propane...guess what, they cant sell propane at this time. Would be great if the website said so! I waited 15 min in line to find this out!

Full service (with storage) UHAUL facility. Shuld reduce to 4 stars as UHAUL trys to shorten 24 hr rental by presenting shorter periods although ALL rentals are for 24 hrs.

Great service but you got to watch how they get you the gas I rented a pickup set a used $7 worth of gas to go exactly 20 miles scam
