I have been renting a storage unit at the Redford location for 2 years, and I have had zero problems. Not only that, but when I found a better rate at a different location, I was offered a price match. Additionally, Mary is always looking out for her tenants. I have placed my lock on improperly, rendering it useless, and she contacted me within the hour to rectify the situation. I could tell more stories of how she has helped ensure quality and safety of the location, but Ill leave it with saying I have always felt my things were in safe hands here.

The manager, Mary McMullen made my experience at Simply Storage very pleasant! Good customer service is very rare in todays times. However, Ms. McMullen has restored my confidence after being disappointed so many times with the service I have received. --Ms. McMullen was knowledgeable, efficient, Helpful and very Amicable during the entire transaction. I will be very happy to recommend this Storage Facility to family and Friends not only for storage needs, but for supplies as well!!!!

Went to one of their properties to make a payment during regular business hours. No one was there. Call to make a payment by phone and they wanted to charge me $5.95.
