every time i go here for a oil change they be calling me back in the garage to show me something bad /broke on my vehicle and give me a list of thing,s wrong with it and list of high dollar amount,s to fix them like the one thing they told me would cost $859.00 well i got a 2nd opinion and they said they could fix,s it for $195.00 so do a 2nd opinion,s cause this place is highway robbery ..and the mechanic,s here are not very nice or friendly alway,s giving you dirty look,s !!!!!!!! I,M A WOMAN BUT I,M NOT STUPID !!!!!!!! DO YOUR HOME WORK PEOPLE AND BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been taking my truck for about 4 years for all my oil changes. Every time they said something was wrong with it. Last time they wouldnt even do an oil change said something about how they couldnt cause I needed a new oil pan and plug. Took it to custom (who is great) they couldnt find anything wrong with my truck other than it needed an oil change. Will never go back to r&t. Oh the lady also want 415 and told me not to take it someplace eles cause they would tell me the same thing.

I had family emergency and needed to be out of state in a hurry. With a bad wheel bearing and many miles to go would not have been safe. I didn’t know of any mechanics in the area and started to Google auto repair. I made a few calls with no luck. Called R & T and talked with James, one of the service coordinators, he and the auto tech staff saw their way to fit me in on a short notice. A BIG thumbs up. Awful service, rude. Damaged my car and wont pay for it. Owner will not own up to his responsibility and said that its not his problem I bought a Toyota. My car was perfectly fine, took it to them and now its damaged. I feel as if they tried to intimidate and lie to me. BONUS: The owner will talk directly to your breasts when you arrive!

I usually change my own oil but the price at R&T is actually cheaper than me doing it myself. On top of that, they are always on top of the safety issues or fluid leaks that may be occurring on my vehicle. Stacy and the staff are very friendly and are always willing to help and accommodate while my vehicle is being serviced or repaired.

Friendly people I only needed to buy a battery so I could not comment on how good there service center is but the staff if very friendly and knowledgeable.
