I have meant to do this a long time ago but havent found the time to do it. This was the best mechanic experience I have had yet. I took my alero in to fix a tie rod that another mechanic told me I should have replaced just before winter started. As I was leaving the owner came out to show me that the real problem with my car was not the tie rod but actually the brakes. He took me to the back to show me what he was seeing and how the tie rod was actually in good condition but the breaks were close to being physically metal. He had replaced the brakes in the front end within an hour and at a very reasonable price. I appreciated the respect he displayed to me as a customer to show me what the real problem was and educate me on what he looked for and what to pay attention to while driving. Two thumbs up!

Motor City Auto an auto repair shop you can trust. I needed new breaks on my mini van so I brought it in to Motor City Auto, Mark looked it over and gave me a good price. I asked when I could bring it back for the repairs and he said "Do you have time now?" I did so he got it right in. It wasnt to long before he had me back on the road. Since then I have brought in my commercial vehicles for repairs or maintenance and he has always given me a good price and gotten the work done in a timely manner.
