Service You Wont Find Anywhere Else! I was on the way to the airport when I had a tire blowout due to one of our famous Michigan potholes. I limped into the Franklin Auto in desperation. After determining that my vehicle doesnt come with a spare tire or donut, they drove us and our luggage home to switch cars. We caught our flight and when we came home, our car was parked in the driveway with a brand new tire. Total cost-- about $10 more than I would have paid at the cheapest tire place in the region. Ive never heard of anyone having a bad experience here. Thank you Franklin Auto.

Whether domestic or foreign autos, Rudy, Pam and their staff are always willing to repair or maintain my family s cars with a smile, patience and knowledge. Pricing is very fair, and efficient service with a family atmoshpere! They will even provide a ride home if your want to drop off your car. The most convenient and dependable car service around, and they still pump gas, which is great in cold or snowy weather!

Dropped in to put air in my tires and an attendant came immediately to do the chore, with a smile. I thought, "Why not have an oil change?" I went inside, set it up, waited for 30 minutes and it was done, with a smile and suggestions for further useful maintenance from the cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Doesnt get much better anywhere, and its in my home-town.

As a woman, I often feel like I am swindled when I get an oil change. Not here! The owner was very friendly and honest. He explained to me what type of oil/service my car required and did not try to sell me on anything more than I needed. The waiting area and restroom were both clean and the staff was polite. I would definitely use their services again.

I had my oil changed at Franklin auto Service, they were fast, courteous and tipped me off to a problem that I needed to address, but was not aware of. While waiting, you can browse in the quaint stores of Franklin village, so the time flies by. Very personalized service.

Felt happy when I visited for first time! But later during my second visit they didnt let me in the garage to check whats going on with my car! I usually be with mechanics when they repair my car and this made me sad! No more Franklin again.!!
