Chris, Hassan, Ali and the entire repair crew are first and foremost, good people! This facility provides excellent service with outstanding integrity and "matter-of-fact" honesty. I have always been given options on repairs to be made during those times when I couldnt really afford any extra bill - especially a car repair. I have always appreciated their quick estimates though, and I have never towed my car away because they wouldnt help me. When you need to drive to work and take care of business, it can get real funky taking a bus, renting a car, or walking to get where youre going, if you can get there at all! So I have relied on Alpha! I have always driven away in a spirit of confidence that my ride was up to par again. Their skills are those of expert craftsmen in auto repair, and just like good doctors, if they feel you need to see a specialist, they will recommend that too. But this has only happened to me once in 12 years or so. Hey... if your ride gets ugly and decides not to operate correctly for you, consider Alpha. Im not writing this because Im getting paid, Im writing in case your car breaks down and you want it repaired. I am writing because I believe they will take good care of you and your vehicle, as they have taken care of me and my vehicles.

What a scam. They are thieves. I had a rebuilt transmission installed 2.5 years ago. Within a few days the transmission failed. They installed a second rebuilt transmission & I was without a car for two weeks. I brought the same vehicle there recently (Feb-2015) for an issue with the vehicle stalling at idle. They informed me it was the transmission again! They installed a third rebuilt transmission and guess what? Yes, that failed too. They installed a forth rebuilt transmission and I was without a car for two weeks. Worse yet, they didnt fix the problem. I eventually fixed the problem myself, it was a ignition coil. They "loaned" me a car that had expired tabs. They also told me that I would get a credit for the total I paid them towards future work. When I picked up the vehicle they said there was nothing they could do. They are thieves. I will never use them again or have my company use them. Be aware..... you will be the next scammed person.

Hands down the best Mechanics in town.. I had my car at many different shops before going to Alpha Automotive which i paid thousands of $$$$$.. I was recommended by a family member and i must say i was not disappointed Moe,Chris and Sam took great care of me very knowledgeable about cars and explain very well.. I was short on money and they told me not to worry and actually fixed my brakes at no charge they would not let me take my vehicle due to safety hazard of the brakes and decided to fix them at no cost becuase i was not able to pay at that time. In the end they are great mechanics great friends and all have amazing hearts would definetley recommend and i am sending everyone i know to them

SCAM ALERT! Do not take your car to this place!!! They are thieves!!! If you have a warranty, they will use it and make false claims to make more money out of you. They might not charge you anything, but they wont do anything to your car either. They might oil your car up just to make the noise and problems go away for a couple of days. You will never know what theyve actually done to your car. I can tell you for sure that they use cheap parts and fluids that will only make your car worse in a couple of weeks! Save you the nightmare and take it to a real auto shop (e.g., Sears, Belle Tire, Auto-Lab, etc.). It might even cost you the same, if not cheaper!

Mo the owner is really helpful, straight and to the point, will get you in and out fast at a very very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place to anyone on a tight budget that want some honest work done.

Definitely the most reasonable shop around. I discovered through some Google searching a few years back and even make the drive over from Canada for their quick and affordable service. Not a single complaint!
