Let me tell you, John was just a godsend after a horrible experience I had with the dealership. I came in here to get my 2013 Cadillac ATS serviced. I just bought the car from Page Toyota a little under a month ago, and it already started having issues with the engine overheating and coolant leaking from the radiator. The total cost for these repairs were around $1,400. But since John specializes in dealing with extended warranties on cars like mine, I didnt have to pay a cent. He handled all the paperwork from the warranty company and was able to do all the repairs in a timely manner. But I Also have Fred and Sean from page toyota to thank for recommending and working everything out with John. They were the only people from the dealership who were willing to truly help me out. All in all I absolutely positively recommend this mechanic for any car repairs that you need, their prices are fair and they are willing to work with you to make sure you leave happy! I will definitely come back here for any future car service, and will be recommending my friends and family to come here as well. Also if you have an extended warranty on your car, go to these guys, they will handle everything on every step of the way!

The owner got a fuel pump for my vehicle from Auto Zone, for $272, plus tax. He added an approximate $145 mark up for the part, and charged me $432.50 for it. He also charged $20 for a fuel line filter; recommending it be installed when replacing the pump. Fortunately, the pump was accessible via an access door in the bottom of the trunk. There was no need to remove the gas tank, and his mechanic admitted the job was done; filter change included, in only about an hour. The owner had already used his book to calculate an approximate 2 hours of labor; at $85/hr. , and prepared my invoice before the job was done; then he left for a long weekend holiday. They charged $173 for the labor - slightly more than the mark up on the pump itself. - I was charged $635; plus $27.45 in tax - $662.95 for this relatively easy, hour long part replacement job involving one part and a line filter. While my gas gauge was faulty before the pump replacement - it didnt work at all after I got the car back. The mechanic said "probably the instrument panel cluster; you can talk to the boss about replacing it when he gets back from the holiday next week" - I dont think so.
