They installed muffler wrong size and direction. It costed me 2 mufflers at this Midas already. Finally I can not bear the exhaust noise and took it to the Mr. Muffler. Not only Mr. Muffler gives me the better price ($300 the whole system, converter not included), but they told me the muffler this Midas installed is wrong: the size is way too small and the direction of the flow is wrong (should be A->B, but they installed B->A direction). What striking me is I changed the muffler 2 times at this Midas due to loud exhaust. The 2nd time I paid $93 for the muffler even it is within their warranty (Mr. Muffler will charge the same price for the new muffler, what a waste for their warranty!). They should be able to fix it long time ago. I guess I am lucky not to come there this time due to the price: this Midas quoted me $370 for the exhaust pipe only. Mr. Muffler quoted me $300 for the exhaust pipe and the muffler.

Went in after a HORRIBLE experience the previous day at another mechanic. I was practically in tears when I came to ask them to fix my car (again, since it was never fixed in the first place). They diagnosed the issue and had my vehicle fixed in 1/3 of the time that the other place took. I believe I was in and out within 2 hours throughout the entire process. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was even offered a loaner vehicle to go anywhere I needed to go while I waited for my repairs to be done. I was pretty shaken up after the incident at the other shop and was leery about anyone else servicing my vehicle, but they gave me my peace of mind back. Its been almost a week now and my car is running great. No issues have arose since then. I plan to return to them for any and all repairs I may need in the future. I definitely recommend these guys.

This place is simply the best! I have been going here for years now, and it began where I practically begged them to replace my brakes because of a very loud squeel Midas informed me it would be a waste of money. I had a feeling the squeel was the cheap pads I put on myself. I went back when they finally did wear out and they put on Bendix pads with lifetime warranty, what a difference! Other places Im sure would have replaced the brakes pre-maturely and took my $. Great prices and service, Kevin is always a pleasure to deal with and provides options that fit my budget and schedule great. If you need any repairs or preventive care done to your car, go to this Midas and you will NOT be disappointed. Car repairs suck but knowing the right place to go makes it much less stressful.

Brought my car in. It had a leak in the fuel filter. They told me the fuel pump would need to be replaced, costing more than $1,000. I ended up replacing just the fuel filter myself for like $40. Its been a year and I havent had a problem since. Maybe its store policy that they had to replace fuel pump whenever they replace fuel filter, or maybe they were just telling a lie in order to take money from me. Either way, I dont feel comfortable going to a place that cares so little about its customers.

As a busy on the road rep, I called ahead, made an appt to get a new muffler installed. Not only did they do the work in about 40 min, they also took the time to add some belt dressing to get rid of the squeak. Now my car is whisper quiet again. Like new!!!! Great work guys.. had several cars in here over the years and NEVER had any issues.... Keep up the good work.

Worst Place to go , stupid guy at the counter was so rude , asked 20 $ just to look at the muffler . Proves intentions that , they will charge 20 $ just to look at the broken muffler , and then they will start making the bills in thousands of dollar , What a dumb business strategy to fool people

I have gone to this midas for years now, and the manager has always been amazing. One time I came the with no working breaks and had a mental breakdown in front of the poor guy, and he offered to drive me home. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Great, honest service. I took 4 cars there over the course of 7 years. Always got the best service and quality and never had to worry about getting ripped off. I moved away and miss having a great mechanic near by.
