Accurate, Honest, Good Prices, Flexible, Available, Creative...I have used Marx for my Cadillac since I purchased it used. Marx has always been accurate in diagnosing problems so first time they fix it, it stays fixed. They have been flexible in pricing sometimes suggesting used or OEM parts or even ebay as a way to keep prices down. They have always been available to fix my car if I got it in early enough and have always given me same day service. What else can they do except make good coffee in the waiting area. Five stars and kudos to the guys who know what they are doing at Marx. Good Work!

Prices are much lower than dealerships (less than half what a dealership would charge for a starter replacement). They also let you know if you have the option to use refurbished parts and give the prices for both options. Work is just as good if not better than the dealerships.
