Terrible customer service!!! I am on my third attempt to have my pod repositioned as it was placed incorrectly the first time. I made sure there was 12 feet of width for positioning as instructed, and was told after delivery there was not enough room and it was placed in my driveway. scheduled to have it moved, made sure there was now almost 14 feet of width and took the day off work to be there. driver never showed up and after calling they told me the driver drove by and said it was not accessible without ever leaving his truck or calling to let me know he was on his way. I am now down to 2 weeks to move my belongings and have spent almost $400 in rental and positioning fees and taken time off work and still do not have the unit where it is supposed to be! Its worth the drive to use a regular storage unit!!!!

DO NOT USE they are crooks. I recently got a POD and they charged me to have the POD at their storage location. However, I NEVER had it at their location and they continued to charge. I called their worthless customer service and no one knew what was going on. After months of back and forth speaking with the most worthless person, Joe Gonniwiecha who stated he was the manager, there was no resolve. I had documentation that I never had it at their facility and they stated "It doesnt matter that is what we quoted you for". I ended up taking them to small claims court and I WON. The Judge stated they had to pay me back for all the months they charged me. At this point they are refusing to follow the court ruling and I will have to file another lawsuit against them. DO NOT USE THEM... WORST COMPANY EVER.

We rented a POD for a month so we could pack up early and it made our move so much smoother. The delivery drivers were prompt and absolute scientists at positioning the POD. Our origination point was quite snug with the house, a porch and power lines all in close proximity but they managed to drop it off and pick it up without incident. The PODs are far sturdier and well built than I had imagined. Very secure. The local office was great about calling ahead so we werent left waiting for hours.

Everything went well. Cost was exactly as quoted with no hidden charges. I packed at the warehouse which worked better for me. I would suggest if it is a long trip (mine was over a 1000 miles) to cover things well as road dirt does make its way inside. I experienced no damage other than some minor rubbing due to my packing. Both drop-off and pick-up were done by drivers that liked their job. I would recommend Pods and would use them again.

i rented a POD for about 2 months, i sold my house before buying a new one. they were very easy to do business with and very convenient. Price was right and my stuff was stored close so if i needed to gain access i could. All my belongings returned back to me in the same way i packed them. Very neat how they load and unload the POD as well. Would HIGHLY recommend using PODS

These are great for moving when you need temporary storage. Saved so much time and energy having only to pack and unpack once. Wish the prices were a little lower. We had to use four pods to move our house and stored them for about five months waiting for our house to finish. Paying for storage was like making a house payment. A little expensive, but worth it in the end.

This local PODS outlet has very uncaring customer service. They dont care for veterans or their families during a move in the middle of winter, despite doing everything their policy states. Warren PODS only cares about their bottom line and not their local customers.

Still charged me even after I cancelled and it was $371!! I cancelled 1 week in advance too. Ill be disputing this! Update: took 7 phone calls to HQ and nearly 2 weeks later Ive been refunded.
