Very pleasant. Roy made the initial visit for the estimate very easy and was very informative on the first visit. He was the only carrier representative that came on time on the first date we scheduled. For various reasons, all the other companies either never called or called to reschedule at least once. Roy made a follow-up visit to bring some free used packing materials that really came in handy during the packing process which we chose to do ourselves. Clint was an outstanding leader in the face of several adverse incidents which occurred during the move. We lost a CDL driver which really complicated the already difficult process in our little town of Vienna which requires loading, unloading, and reloading shuttle vehicles to off-site locations because of the narrow streets. Also, during the move, my mother passed away requiring that my husband, who was already in Arkansas, had to receive the items I packed on the front end while I traveled to Texas to make funeral arrangements. He found Clint and the rest of the crew to be as cordial, competent, hard-working, accommodating, and respectful as I did. I think our move went very well considering the adversity we faced. Jenni was there to tie everything together upon the loss of the CDL driver and when our load went over the limit and had to be stored for a later delivery. We would definitely use Mayflower again. They obviously know what they are doing when it comes to big moves.

I learned of Herlihys Moving & Storage via their commercials on AM820 St. Gabriel Catholic Radio. They are a first-class professional moving company with proficient teams and very competitive pricing. The team consisted of Dorrian, Mike and John – true gentlemen and skilled movers all – and arrived on time, ready to begin loading. They are highly proficient in logistics, and thoroughly answered all questions. The move was a multi-stop run involving various pickups and drop-offs at widely divergent points around the city, with several heavy and challenging items requiring careful prep. Each item was meticulously readied for the long trip around Columbus, and was delivered safely to its particular destination. I have recommend Herlihy several times without hesitation – their experienced team will provide you an economical, efficient, and worry-free move.

We had a great time moving with Herlihy. They moved us on a hot Saturday morning in June, and their men were polite, personable and speedy. So speedy, in fact, that we ended up paying $200 less than our quote! I especially liked how willing the men were to help out. We were not completely prepared when they arrive (they showed up at 8:35 within a window of 8:30-9:30), and the men took care of a few final things: rolling up our rug, taking the leaf out of our table. It was a big help to have that final push to get out the door, and made the overall moving experience as stress-free as possible. This was my second or third moving experience with Herlihy, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are speedy, friendly, and great!

The estimator made us feel confident and allayed any fears we had about shipping our valuable furniture and possessions. The crew, under the supervision of a talented and knowledgeable driver, was very efficient and cooperated well in addition to being friendly and very careful with our belongings. Delivery came off without a hitch and we enjoyed the company of the crew once again in Savannah. We were charged exactly what had been quoted and Jenni kept us informed and communicated in a timely and professional manner throughout the process. The Athens staff were great! Roy, Jenny, Tim, but especially our Driver Clint and his assistant Nate who went above and beyond to get us moved and all items to the 2nd floor, even if it wouldnt fit through the door! They were On time, worked nonstop, were pleasant and professional at all times. We felt very comfortable around these two honest, hardworking guys!
