The move team was very professional, polite and extremely hard working. It was a hot muggy day and we were moving 3,000 sf into a 1700 sf house so a lot of the excess furnishings had to go into the basement. They were methodical and took care padding and moving and placing all of the items. We had a baby grand piano, two exercise machines, a heavy leather recliner couch and, 4-drawer files crammed with paperwork, and all the usual large furnishings. Watching these guys muscle the heavy items up and down stairs, in and out of trucks was impressive and worth every penny to get these items safely moved. 12 hours of heat, humidity, and back breaking lifting but these guys stayed cool, calm, and polite. They were a pleasure to work with and made our move a success! Thanks!

I cant say enough about how my overall experience was AAAA+++++++!!! Im not saying this because of any forced review. I have moved many times, and this is by far the best experience Ive ever had. From the very first phone call to the last box unloaded everyone was nice, professional and top notch. They were absolutely amazing!!! They went out of their way to do same day delivery, last minute for me. They thought they were just delivering a lift chair. But what they really delivered was dignity to a dying man, my dad. On home hospice, his only remaining independence was in his lift chair, which broke unexpectedly. He couldnt sleep, he couldnt get comfortable, he couldnt even stand without the aid of the chair. When they arrived with the new chair for him, it meant a peaceful nights sleep for our whole family. They were pleasant, reliable, and arrived very quickly. I strongly recommend this company for any moving needs. Thank you so much!

Being the first time ever using movers, I wasnt sure what to expect. After calling around for estimate I found Two Men In A Truck the most reasonable. The receptionist Jessica was very accommodating and professional every time I called (3 separate occasions ). There was a 5 minute wait time to speak to her at times I called but to their defense those times I called were peak hours and on a Friday and Saturday. I was very curious on how everything worked, with tons of questions and with every question she had an answer for me

Terrible experience with this company. I used them last summer to move. They charge by the hour. We kept catching one of the movers wasting time on his phone, adding to the time it took to move. I complained to the manager. He said he would refund me for half an hour. Never received any refund. When I called back a few months later, checking on the refund, I had to leave a message and never received a returned call.

Great communication. Strong young men who know the moving business taking care with an elders concerns and stuff. These two men arrived at destination to find another mover blocking the way. They took charge by negotiating the space and working cooperatively for the customer. So glad we chose Two Men and A Truck from Rochester Michigan!
