The most unprofessional business Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with - please STAY AWAY from these guys! This review is going to be long, but you should have all the details before you even consider doing business with them. I saw a livingsocial deal for these movers at the end of May - called them to figure out all the details and fine print. I was told their hourly rate was $85 plus $100 for the truck, and a minimum of 2 hours. This was convenient for us since we didnt have a whole lot to move, and were only moving about 2 miles away. I made a reservation for the morning/AM slot onJun 22nd and then bought the livingsocial a week later. My husband and I spoke to them a few times after that in the next few weeks to clarify some details - at that time they told us the livingsocial would be applicable only to a 5 hour move or longer. Of course there were no such conditions communicated to us on the livingsocial itself or in earlier phone conversations. We argued back and forth and they (John) agreed to honor the livingsocial, and put a note in their system about the same, so we wouldnt have to deal with this again. I called them on Jun 19 to confirm the appointment, only to be told (by David) that we were not on their schedule!! They had no idea how my appointment was magically erased from the system, but assured me that they had rescheduled it and that the move was still going to happen as previously scheduled, no need to call and confirm again blah blah. On the 22nd, we hadnt heard from them by 10.30am, so we called to get an update. And surprise surprise, we were not on their schedule!!!! We were promised again (by Vince) that they would accommodate us on Sunday, and that we would get a call from them right away. If you havent guessed already, we had to call them back at least 10 times during the course of the day, and were told each time that they were working things out with the driver. Finally at 8pm, Vince calls to let us know the move wasnt going to happen! He was apologetic but couldnt do much other than reschedule for 6.30pm on Monday the 23rd. At this point, we had already packed everything up, were living out of boxes, had other constraints and were out of options. So very very reluctantly and after extracting several promises from Vince, we decided to give Superfly another chance and rescheduled for the next day. On the 23rd, my husband gets a call at 3.30pm from a driver saying hes outside our apartment ready to move!! Neither of us were at home and had no idea they were going to show up 3 hours earlier than scheduled!! I called the company and was told (by Jason, the manager) that the driver would be sent on another job, and would definitely be done by 6.30pm. Of course we waited on them for hours, only to be told by the driver that he was on a job that would require 2 more hours, and in Pontiac, MI (an hour away from Ann Arbor), which meant he would get to us only at about 10.30 or 11pm at night!!! We ended up canceling the appointment, booking a U-Haul at the last minute, and begging our friends to help us move at 9pm (in the rain!). We had to incur additional costs, lost 2 days of our time to this company, who constantly made excuses (mess ups by call centers, truck breakdowns etc) and completely failed at their jobs. We were nothing but polite and respectful the entire time, but this company clearly did not value our time or business. We should have walked away when they managed to cancel our appointments twice! Please learn from our mistakes, and do not work with these people!

Overall I was very impressed. Friendly and professional movers. Moved from an apartment to a town home and everything went smoothly. They were very helpful with packing all of the odds and ends that I didnt manage to get to before they arrived. Very careful with all of my belongings. Once at the new property they were quick and efficient at unloading the truck. I happened to forget the hardware for the bed and couch at the old apartment and they offered to wait for me to go get it so they could reassemble it for me...at no extra charge. Very affordable company. I highly recommend them!

HORRID. Just called this place to schedule a move and it was a mess. The person didnt even realize that she answered the phone and all I heard was profanity. She talked about waist trainers and such. After screaming hello several times, I finally hung up. If that lady was any reflection of the "team", I want no parts. It was unprofessional and a very poor reflection of the owners of this business. If you wonder why youre not getting enough clients, you may need to re-evaluate your staff. #messy #ratchet #unprofessional

I OWN A STORAGE FACILITY AND I HAVE BEEN REFERING CUSTOMERS TO THIS COMPANY FOR OVER A YEAR NOW WITH NO ISSUES. UNTILL THEY SOLD TO ANOTHER COMPANY AND BECAME A NIGHTMARE FOR A FEW OF MY CUSTOMERS! SHOWING UP LATE, SLOW, AND LACKDAISICAL, DAMAGING PROPERTY ALL ON ONE HEARING IMPAIRED CUSTOMER! THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERES THE PHONES IS RUDE AND I HAVE INFORMED MY CUSTOMERS THAT WERE BOOKED TO CHOOSE A COMPETENT COMPANY! IN MY 15 YRS OF STORAGE AND MOVING I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER!!

Dont use these movers - nor Beast Moving Company - owned by the same people. They gave phone estimate for move of our household and on the day of the move -charged us $400 dollars more. Also - Dont give the tip in with the check unless you want them to just pocket it and not give it to the actual movers. The actual movers were nice but the owners were horrible. They scraped our furniture; dropped our treadmill and they hired "day" workers. Not what they advertised! DO NOT USE THEM.

Hello, I had a move schedule for the morning of 5/29 and no one called or ever showed up. This was very inconveniencing being that I was to be moved by 6/1 from my apartment. I even called and left a message and no one has since called back. Be very careful of using this company if you want a scheduled and professional move.

I recently hired Superfly for my move across Plymouth. The team I worked with did an outstanding job. We filled their entire truck and unloaded it in great time. They took care with all of our furniture and everything was moved into our new apartment without any issues. I will definitely work with them again.

They were fast, and punctual. My walls were not damaged and my items are in the same condition they picked it up in. They had to pick up from two locations and move it in to the third location and was fine with it. I would definitely use again.
