Honest, honest, honest... that is the best way to say what their standard of work is! I could go home many times to save up my money before having to fix my car issue and other times they have told me that it would not be safe to drive that way any longer. I had one time an issue where I went back to explain, they took care of it without any charges. Besides that, they are ALWAYS polite and I always leave the place feeling good about it all.

The mark of an honest place is when they tell you that the repair that was urgently needed (according to another shop), could wait and be monitored, and maybe never need an expensive repair. If you find yourself in that situation, definitely give these guys an opportunity to give their assessment. Dred Scott is where I go, and recommend to my friends.
