I honestly wish I could give a review of no stars. Im not exactly sure where they found the guys working at this location. Went in to have my thermostat replaced and drove away with a giant air pocket that was forcing my heat (that was working perfectly before I got there) to not work and my temp gauge was maxed out. If they had just driven my car like they said, this would have been apparent. Then I made the mistake of going back to have them replace a headlight that was out. Somehow in this process they managed to snap a piece that is supposed to hold the back of the headlight together, leaving the wiring exposed. When I noticed a knocking noise today, I opened my hood and saw the broken piece. I immediately called and was told "we didnt work on that headlight", only I hadnt up to that point told them which headlight I was referring to. I went back in thinking they would just fix it and we would be done. After half an hour, the manager asks me to walk out to take a look at my car with him. I do and he proceeds to tell me that this part had to have been broken already due to "dirt" being around where it should have been clasped, and a work order from yesterday suddenly has a note written in it saying that this piece was already broken. The best part of all of this is that before I brought my car in yesterday, I popped the hood to see if I could replace the bulb myself and this "already broken" piece was perfectly in tact. So out of the 4 times Ive been to this shop, 2 have been because of their own careless mistakes. Needless to say, I will be taking my car ANYWHERE other than back to these incompetent men.

100% NOT satisfied. I went to Honest with a wheel-bearing problem which made a constant loud "wowomb" sound. They returned it to me saying the wheel-bearing was fixed but my transmission was a problem... Nothing was fixed - not even the wheel-bearing - and the noise was just as it was when I dropped it off. So, I took it to Prior Lakes Sebastians Auto. They said it was an easy fix and definitely NOT the transmission and I havent had problems since. Moral of the story, if you want honest and reliable auto care, do NOT go to Honest Auto Care. I was out $1,000 when the repairs should have only cost me $400 if I would have avoided Honest.

FANTASTIC.....When you put Honest in the name of your business thats hard to live up to and THEY DO. You want a car care place to stand behind you and provide service to your vehicle and value you as a customer. Working with Troy is a great experience. Ive recommended 3 friends to them and all had great experiences. During a time where I needed a Loaner while my vehicle was being repaired they provided that. I could go on all day about Troy and these guys, but what YOU need to know is nobody else will I EVER consider to use but them....HONEST. Thanks to you for going the extra miles for me. Awful and unorganized. 4 times just to fix a lower control arm. Over 500 miles I had to drive and not cheap. 3rd time I went they messed up my appointment and said they didnt have anyone. Yet on 3 of the 7 stalls were being used with guys, mechanics yes, standing around. Go somewhere that actually cares about their business. Follow up: Called and asked for a quote on breaks because the manager seemed to be upset with what I went through. But they quoted me full price. No nothing for any troubles they caused me. I will not return and will suggest that other go somewhere else. They do not value their customers.

I went in for a quick oil change and John came in to show me my very dirty air filter. He actually had it in his hand! Ive been to other places where they "told me I needed to change my air filter" but never showed me, and actually had a list of about $500 worth of service work that needed to be done. I never get that at Honest One!!! If it doesnt need repairing or replacing, they dont suggest it. They never take advantage of me as a female and you have no idea how much that is appreciated. Plus I needed new batteries for my auto keys and they replaced them at no charge! Awesome service!

Ive never had such professional and exemplary customer service anywhere. Ever. The entire team, from the time that you walk in until the time you walk out the door, is extremely courteous, helpful, and informative. They keep you updated on status as the job is being done and dont push any buy-ups or extra service you dont want. Prices are very affordable and the techs are quite fast. The guarantee on their work and complementary roadside assistance is just an added bonus included in an already top notch service. This is my go-to shop for any work on my vehicles and I highly recommend them!

I cant begin to say how satisfied I was with John D. I called this location because another location cancelled my appointment when I was literally minutes away from arriving for my appointment. I called Prior Lake and John stated they were booked up but didnt want to turn down my business. Said he could squeeze me in and I was there within minutes. John took care of me and cant thank him enough for his professionalism. Honest One should be glad he is choosing to work for them.

I am a repeat customer of Honest-1. They have always been customer oriented. They really care about the customer and concerns about their car. They work with you and explain each problem and how to resolve it. Previous visit had more than one issue. We started by addressing one issue at a time. I have been a client of Honest 1 Auto Care in Prior Lake for over 4 years. They go above and beyond for me in every encounter. Like today. I dropped my car off for an oil change they dropped me off at work. I realized I left my lunch on their service counter. After an embarrassed call... they brought me my lunch! This is just the most recent example of how they go above and beyond for their customers. I cant recommend them enough. Thanks again team!!

Wish I could give negative 5 stars. Honest 1 should be NOT honest 1. Had a coupon for money off. They doubled price and then took off coupon. I even called burnsville honest 1 and they would do the same oil change for $20 less than prior lake without the cupon. What a bunch of crooks! My dad has been going here since they opened and they lost that Customer too. Thanks for your help NOT! Go somewhere else!

I tried to do my own brakes. But was unable to get the bolt out myself. Not only did they help, but got me in right away (within twenty minutes of calling) Billy was amazing and made me feel right at home. And the technician, Scott, went above and beyond what he needed to do. I will be going back for work in the future. Way better the the Honest Care in Burnsville.
