After reading all the rave reviews of Pro Service in Prior Lake, I would have to say that I was a little hesitant in taking my Man Van there to get looked at. As all the other places in Prior Lake have left a sour taste in my mouth with the service that my van has received as well as the customer service that I have received as well. But not at Pro Service. I was greeted warmly on the phone as I called to make an appointment by Adam. He asked what I needed for my van and I told him that I needed an oil change, but was possibly going to take it someplace else as I had a coupon for a 12.99 oil change, and that my van had a rattle somewhere that I wanted to see about getting fixed. Adam said no problem about the rattle, and that Pro Service oil change was 23.99 plus tax with no extra fees and surcharges. Adam said that before I make the commitment to having someone else perform the oil change, that I should double check and make sure what the final out the door price was going to be, and I did just that. The price of the oil change was the exact same price as Pro Service. So, I was grateful for that advice. Upon actually taking my van to Pro Service, I was amazed at how hard it was to find, as I drove past at first as there are no signs. I was aware of this prior to this trip, so knew it was coming, but it was easy to turn around, and there I was. The staff at Pro Service are incredible. I took the mechanic for a ride, and as soon as he heard the sound, he knew exactly what it was. The oil change was performed as well as the fixing of my rattling noise. All for $50. Every other place that I have taken my car to in the last 2 years since the noise started all have said that they couldnt hear anything. All I can say is that I will only be taking my vehicles to Pro Service from here on out. They are polite, courteous, well priced, and the most important of all ACTUALLY HONEST. And that goes along way. Great Job Pro Service. And thanks again.

I have had some poor experiences with mechanics in the past. It took me quite a while to find one that I trusted. Then I moved and had to start all over again. From the moment I initially spoke to Adam on the phone regarding my car, I had a feeling that things were going to go well. When I did bring my car in, I was greeted warmly and they efficiently got to the root of my problem, fully explained the issue and offered BY FAR the best price I have seen from a mechanic. The work was completed in a timely manner and I even got to use a loaner vehicle overnight. When I picked my car up, Adam fully explained what they did and offered a couple of other recommendations to make my car run as well as it could. Couldnt be happier. I hope I dont have any more issues with my car in the near future, but if I do, it is comforting to know that I can bring it somewhere honest. Thanks!

Car broke down and I had it towed to this shop. My engine needed to be replaced... While they diagnosed my car, they made aware to me any and all other issues I had with my vehicle but they told me what they would recommend me if they were in my shoes instead of pressuring me into getting everything possible fixed. They were extremely informative and described to me the details of my problems and WHY they were a problem (I dont know too much about car mechanics). It was awesome to get very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest people give me premiere service. It felt like I took a little Car Mechanics 101 class while I was there; they are very informative. The price was great too, I was expecting to pay a lot more for all the work that needed to be done. Fast, efficient, thorough, and HONEST! Best autoshop around, no doubt about it.

With their great knowledge case and expertise, I trust that no matter which of my cars and trucks I bring in, they will leave in far better condition! Most recently I had my F250 repaired - and not only were they able to quickly repair a misfire and the A/C, but they replaced bad tie rods, aligned it (no other shops can align a long-bx 4-door Superduty), rotate and balance the tires, and replace a few bad light bulbs. It was all finished in 1 day, and the truck runs better than ever! I also brought in a 68 Cutlass for an alignment. Not only did they make huge improvements in how the car drives, the price was very fair and I left with recommendations for further improvements. Best yet, they found a long lost tool of mine under the car and returned it to me! I will be back soon for more repairs!!!

Adam, Nick, Tim and the rest of the guys at Pro Service Auto are an outstanding group! On top of doing great work, they are very good at keeping you informed during your service so you know exactly what they are finding throughout the process. They had to take out the entire dash, steering column, seats, etc. to perform my service and returned it looking better than it had looked in years. They really take pride in what they do and it shows. I think we would all agree that not all mechanics in the metro are honest people, but you can feel safe knowing these guys will treat you right from start to finish. I would highly recommend using them for any future auto services that come up!

I am not a customer of Pro Service, I am an ASE Master technican of 12 years. In my time I have delt with many other shops, many owners, and countless other technicians. I have known Adam, Stacy, and Nick for almost two years now and I feel it is important to spread the word when I run across a Honest, and profesional shop. I wish I could leave them 10 stars but Google wont let me. They are setting the bar for automotive repair shop integrity in this state. I strongly recomend them to anyone looking to be taken care of and looking for a shop that they can call home.

Heres the email I sent to ProService after I found out what it would cost me: "Thanks Adam. This is why I bring the vehicles to you. You could have said the tranny was shot, or that there was a cable that needed replacing, or some other high-cost issue, and Id have believed you. Instead it was, "we tightened one bolt and re-installed another one that fell out and youre good to go." "I appreciate your honesty and have already told a couple folks here at the office about why I bring my vehicles to you."

When I needed immediate repair for my Acura, unfortunately ProService Auto didnt have any openings that day, do I took it to another location. After a horrible experience with the other location, Adam and Nick agreed to recheck all their work, repair any defective work, and perform some new work I authorized, all for a very reasonable price. Next time I will just wait a day and take my vehicle to ProService Auto the first time. They are a great group to work with. Thanks Adam and Nick!
