Knowledgeable staff and fair pricing. I have taken my cars to other area mechanics and been given mediocre to poor service; attempting to sell me minor or major things I did not need or misdiagnosing issues. I tried River Hills Automotive and have been pleased. They are experienced and try to fix car problems in the simplest and cheapest ways possible (rather than more complex and costly ways). In the most recent case, I took a recently purchased used car to them and they fixed it for less than $50. The dealership from which I purchased the car wanted over $500 because they had misdiagnosed 1 of the problems as something relatively complex (and thus costly). Bottom line: I would recommend them to a friend or family member, and I intend to give them my future business.

I have been going to River Hills for 3+ years. They are always honest with what needs to be done with my car. They never try to sell me on some additional services as other car repair shops try to do. They have even taken care of some very minor repairs (loose screw on my exhaust pipe) at no charge when they easily could have charged me. Their prices are reasonable and very friendly people! They will always give me an honest opinion. I went to Tires Plus once out of necessity and they told me I needed something expensive done. I took it to River Hills and inquired if I needed this work done. No, I didnt. Their goal is to have satisfied customers return, not to charge you as much as possible.

I only took my car for an oil change (which was super quick) and when I came to pick it up they let me know I had a really bad leak, and it was leaking transmission fluid. Most places Ive gone to tell me for x amount of dollars we will tell you where the leak is coming from, but not these guys! They asked if I had someone else work on my car recently, which I did. They suggested I go back and gave me a print out of what was broken and even tried a temp fix!!! Took my car to the previous place and that very leak just so happened to be a repair another place claimed to have done. Thanks to this Shell, I saved dishing out another $350. I will definitely come back for future repairs!!!!!

They are competent, trustworthy and eager to help you. We are going through a saga of a dead car they looked at and which needs to be taken off their property. They have been so patient and accommodating as we work through that process. Even in our prior visits over many years - they honesty tell us what needs fixing, whats worth fixing and charge reasonably. Weve never walked out of there feeling ripped off. Our friend recommended them to us many years ago and they still go there.

I brought my Fusion in to get an alignment. I am EXTREMELY picky about my car and I felt confident bringing it in to River Hills Automotive. They were very polite and explained everything so I understood what was done. I did notice an improvement in the steering feel for my car and was happy with the work. I already purchase all of my gas here and would come back for service if I needed it. Highly recommended.

I went to River Hills to get my oil changed. Knowing nothing about cars, I feel like a lot of places try to sell me things that I do not need. I did not feel this way at River Hills. They were very honest, and I paid way less than I ever have. It was great to sit in the lobby and see how many customers they knew by name...that says a lot about their customer service.

I brought a car in because it would not start. I specifically said "just get it to start; its probably the starter ". So they fix the fuel pump; car starts starting. A few weeks down the line my starter is completely broken, and they wont even take any responsibility for making me poor.

Amazing service. Very trustworthy and will give you an honest opinion on repairs. I took my vehicle there to get a second opinion and they saved me about $500 in repairs after another auto business tried to rip me off. I will be coming here for all my future repairs.
