I went here in August to have my hair lightened. The stylist tried to bleach my hair and failed. Overall I think she both bleached my hair twice and dyed it twice and it was still not any lighter than when I came in. I was there for four hours and had to leave with my roots bright orange because I had plans that evening and hadnt planned to be there that long. I called the next day to talk to the owner about what happened and to hopefully get a refund. The owner was completely rude and even yelled at me. I went to another salon to try to have them fix my terrible looking hair and they told me that with all of the stuff that they did to my hair I should wait at least a month before trying to fix it. I had gone here before and had a decent experience, but after being yelled at by the owner I will never bring my business here again.

I recently moved to Lino Lakes and chose to visit Allure Salon for an all over color. My stylist was very friendly, and so helpful! The color turned out great, and after some suggestions from her, she cut my hair. Its the best cut that I have had from anyone in the last 10 years!! I love it! She took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a cut, and gave me suggestions for what would work best with my hair. She also gave me great style suggestions. All around, it was the best experience Ive had with a salon, after 10 long years of boring haircuts!

I had my hair cut at Allure a couple times. The first person (who was moving and didnt stay at the salon) did a great job. When I went back I tried somone new... to say the least I was VERY disappointed. My hair was cut with a chunk in the middle of my hair off to the wrong side, so when I brushed it out at home I had a huge chunk of hair the wrong length. After collecting myself I returned to the salon where a different, more proficient (and very nice) person apologized and immediately fixed up my hair. I may go back, but only to that person.

I have gone there a few times. This last time, I was overall happy with the service, however they decided to add on more money without telling me. I did a partial foil and a cut. This is normally expected for people with thick hair, because they need to use more color. I have very thin and fine hair. When I asked at the end why it was more than I expected, she said they go by length of hair. I wouldnt have cared if they told me that in advance. What a bummer, probably never going back.

Rude rude rude! I had a gift card from Valentines Day, called to make my appt, and was told that they got new ownership and my gift card is no longer valid. The ladies on the phone were RUDE. I got transferred on the phone multiple times without even knowing I was being transferred(like nobody wanted to deal with me). Could of offered me a coupon or honnerred at least half of my gift card. I will be telling anybody and everybody to NOT come here!

I have been a customer of Allure Salon/Spa for several years now and continue to be amazed at the great service I receive. My haircuts are great; the massages are wonderful and I have thoroughly enjoyed all the pedicures I have received. This salon is a MUST for anyone looking for a wonderfully relaxing way to spend your time.

I have tried a few different stylists and most are really good at doing shorter and bob haircuts, but anything else usually doesnt turn out so well. Also, do not get your nails done there, I could have done a better job doing them myself.

Go to Amanda Norlin! I will never go to another stylist again, she is my permanant stylist! She listens to what I want and gives great recommendations for what I should get done. She is seriously one of the best stylists I have ever had!

Wonderful salon! Everyone is so friendly and accomodating. Love their prices, location and all their services! Ive been to several stylists there and have never had a bad cut.
